its spacious, and clean, you have your own, kitchenware, you have your own washing machine, its feel like you are in your own home. very convenient to all, near at Supermarket, Convenience store, train station, we are very satisfied.

our room was in the 3rd floor, there is no elevator and the stairs was so steep if you bring a big or heavy luggages you will get tired to bring it up to 3rd floor.

Very clearn and cozy. Facilitates are really good. Very detailed amenities I really like them. Bed are also very comfortable to good sleep.

There is no lift and long high stairs to reach the loby and rooms. So if you have heavy luggages, it will be harder.

Osaka resident here. Property located in Kujo, blue collar neighborhood, fairly well linked to public transportation. Not the fanciest area in town but interesting. The place is brand new, clean, large for Japanese standards. Washing machine WIFI and microwave available. Host is very kind and speaks some English. Old shopping arcade at walking distance. Very close to a traditional red light district, which is fun to visit if you want to see something unique to Osaka.

It's the refurbished 3rd floor of an operating warehouse. Forklifts work in the morning, there's movement as early as 7 am. Paper thin walls. The place was was half empty due to Covid restrictions so it wasn't a big deal for our privacy. Sunlight gets right through the windows. Noisy refrigerator, tiny TV. That said, it's better than any Japanese classic business hotel. Definitely recommended.

Very clean and beautiful place, staff and owner were helpful and very responsive to messages

- The place is nearby Kujo station, easy to walk to the train station in 10 minutes. - Room is cozy and clean. - The owner is very kind also everyone in the building, they always say hi to us before we leave in the morning. - There is no elevetor but the staff can help you get your luggage up and down anyway. - There is everything you need inside the room, so don't worry about that.

Perfect absolutely perfect. Spacious, very nice, so comfortable, with everything you could need. Location near Kujo station so it was very easy to get around. The host and the other staff helped us out carrying our bags for us down the stairs and were so polite and nice. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka.
