It was a bit difficult to find as the building is located behind another building but a quick call to the host, who answered immediately, solved the problem. Everything else was excellent.

The apartment is really nice. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is equipped with all the basic items plus washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Also it has a terrace with a barbecue. The building has elevator. It has free public parking outside (subject to availability). Downtown is about 15 min walking. At least two big supermarkets nearby.

Locating the apartment was not smooth. The coordinates in Booking were not correct (off by ~100 meters). The public location marked in Google Maps (which is the same sent by the host through Whatsapp) was not correct (it was pointing to another building).

The two-bedroom apartment was well appointed with all the amenities you night expect in a full apartment. Three AC units kept the apartment cool. There is a large patio/balcony which you can use to sit or dry laundry though the view is nothing special. The location was OK and within walking distance (15-20 minutes) to the major downtown shopping area near the marina but much of that is up and down hills. There are a couple of restaurants nearby with one being a tasty Mexican food restaurant (The Green Room, 9 min walk) and Borsalino which was just down the street. Be warned some places do not take credits cards including these two restaurants. Free parking was directly next to the building. There is a good-sized grocery store right down the hill.

We had some difficulty finding the place despite modern smart phones so make sure to use the GPS coordinates on the Booking.com details page. This is an apartment community so many of the building look the same and the building numbers are not all on the same part of the building. Our host could not meet us, so we grabbed keys from the mailbox and then confirmed via WhatsApp that we had the right door. The checkout time here is 10 AM which is earlier than every other placed we stayed. The host asked what time we wanted to leave and given the established checkout time of 10 AM we agreed to that though make sure to ask her to stay longer if needed. While we were rushing to get out by 10 AM the host showed up (called on the house phone) 10 minutes early to check if she could come in to clean which I found off-putting as if felt like we were being asked to hurry.

Be sure you can retrace your steps when returning. We got lost coming back at night. Luckily an lovely man drove us back. We had taken one wrong turn just before arriving

Exceptionally clean and well appointed (furniture, equipment, etc). Seamless check in and two requests we made were immediately granted.

Really great flat, super cozy and amazing facilities! We checked-in at 3am and the hosts were kind enough to do the check in that late! The flat itself is also amazing, it has a hot tab, massage shower cabin and a huge balcony with bbq!
