I liked everything.My stay was great. The staff and service was great I felt very comfortable and safe there. I will be back again .this is a great place I would recommend to stay at this hotel.

The resort is absolutely beautiful! I have stayed in hotels all over the US and Homestay Club Cala, Puerto Rico was by far the cleanest place we ever stayed at. Our Villa was spotless. The floors, appliances, bathroom all spotless! The maids came daily and offered their service as well as all the supplies we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. If the staff did not speak English they quickly found someone who did. We had access to a shuttle service and could walk to the upper area of the resort to eat at several different restaurants and bars. We had a patio outside of our bedroom and living room. I sat out there every morning and listened to the birds while I read. Very relaxing! The resort is approximately an hour from San Juan. We had a car so we drove to Old San Juan, and the port to take a ferry over to Culebra beach where we hiked to a secluded area to snorkel. There is a nearby Walmart to purchase supplies for the fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. We cooked breakfast daily, and ate out for lunch and dinner however, if you are traveling with a family you could cook all of your meals in your Villa. There is also 2 pools with live music and a swim up bar. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, home away from home that is away from the crowds Club Cala is the place to go.

I would only have preferred a tub in my bathroom not the stand up shower woth the cloth curtains....water seemed to go everywhere but that's all

Away from noise and crouds.

Facilities are not ADA. A lot of stairs, no 24hrs services. All stop at midnight and stars at 8:00 AM. Furniture is from the 80's. Have problems with internet, phone and TV. Lack of information at checkin and checkout.

The property was large. It was not over booked. Rooms were clean.

The furniture was old. It definitely needs a upgrade. Also being the property is huge there was golf carts for rental by the day, but it was more expensive than a real car rental.

The pool was great The staff was great very friendly and respectful Food was delicious drinks also

The villa was a bit run down and the bathtubs are quite rusty.

The rooms were nice and very comfortable. Decent food and drink. Very friendly staff. Property was massive and gorgeous. Very comfortable vacation spot especially if u not interested in being in a very busy city overcrowded with tourists like San Juan. Calm.

You definately need to rent you a car or even golf cart. Alot of the property especially amenities and food is on steep hills that make walking a workout. Lots of stairs and hills throughout. Lack of amenities can make your stay a bit boring if ur looking for excitement or a nightlife. Rent a car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. It's an older property, but beautifully maintained and easy to get to everything via golf cart. Super clean! We'll be back. Would love to see them make the rooms more "handicap" friendly. My husband is on a cane and it's very difficult.

When I called to confirm the reservation, I specifically asked for "handicap accessible." There are three rooms attached to the main building that are available. Instead, we got put at a room far away. This property is not "handicap accessible." There are stairs in every room, no rails in the bathrooms, no non slip pads in the bathrooms or on the stairs. Because it's an older property, it's understandable. There are some simple things that can do to be more "handicap" friendly.

Liked location, grounds, floor plan of unit, pools were nice, proximity to shops and restaurants.

Check in was tough, bc of error did not have a room. They set us up at Wyndham for a night. Got in room and it needs major updating, the appliances are old and don’t work, no spatula or baking sheet, it’s minimal. Floor plan in condo was excellent, but needs Reno. I didn’t like that the amenities that weren’t available weren’t listed on the site, not a real beach vacation without access to beach club. Beach isn’t cleaned and no chairs.
