El hotel es muy bonito, la vista a la montaña espectacular. El desayuno estaba bastante bueno y completo. Todo excelente.

Solicitei uma cama extra para meu filho, me foi dito (vide mensagem) que a solicitação havia sido processada com sucesso, contudo ao chegar no hotel não disponibilizaram a cama , mesmo após reforçar pedido naquele momento. Meu filho de sete anos ficou na nossa cama por 5 noites. Além disso o quarto deveria ter frigobar (como prometido na reserva) contudo não havia frigobar. Apenas o buraco no móvel. Um dos atendentes falou que deveria ter, mas não providenciaram o aparelho , mesmo após a reclamação. Precisava do frigobar para colocar uma medicação para meu filho, mas não pude usar o aparelho no quarto.

Principalmente do pessoal ,todos muito solícitos principalmente o Sérgio que foi assim um anjo em nossa estadia nos orientando em todos os lugares para jantar e alguma atividade que não tínhamos conhecimento . Perfeito !!!!

Beautiful place

No transfers anywhere and the property was far from everything So i would be nice to have transfers

The view is amazing. Hotel is comfy. I rate it as a 3 stars hotel. Bed, mattress and pillow are good.

Breakfast and bar food is ok. Not many varieties and food is not that good. Shower is not good. Shower curtains fell down twice. Wi-Fi was not working one morning.

the location has a nice overview over the harbour and also the snowy mountains, depending which side your room is situated. the only issue is that it is a bit far from the centre of the City itself, otherwise excellent.

the breakfast should be a bit more diverse, given the fact that these days you have many vegetarians. Also the food, especially breakfast should not be more or less the same every day. Otherwise the quality of the food is good.

The room was clean and well appointed.

The staff were unpleasant and provided no service. The food in the restaurant was appalling and the staff were worse. There were 6 patrons and 4 staff who spent all their time huddled around the bar talking to each other. The breakfast was a joke. I have seen better breakfasts in a Motel 6!

The views were exceptional. The general facilities were good and well maintained.

Lack of plug sockets in the rooms. No tea making in room.

A visually beautiful location. Near the Martial Glacier walk. We rented a car which was good, I think getting taxis or a shuttle into town would be a pain. We ordered one from the hotel one night and it was 15 mins late, so kind of unreliable.

The staff were really rude. We got given a room we didn't book (twin rather than double) and I showed a picture to indicate we wanted a double bed. The guy at reception looked at the photo and laughed and said "yeah, none of the rooms look like that" and proceeded to point out everything that was wrong with the booking.com listing. Someone needs to manage the hotel / booking.com communication as it was bad.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. they went out of their way to help with a lost item. Good views.

Staffing is insufficient when large groups arrive. Physical facilities need maintenance in the rooms and in common areas. Long wait for taxis to town and it’s too far to walk. Food is mediocre, but not much different from restaurants in town.

Very helpful and supportive staff. Great, clean and big room with beautiful view up to the mountains. Delicious food and great breakfast selection. Very quite and nice view from the restaurant down to Ushuaia.

great rooms, very clean. nice lobby and bar. we travelled as family and the family room was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Breakfast is very poor, worse than you would expect from a 3-star hotel. Literally 1 option of hot dish (poorly prepared eggs), very little options for people with restrictions. Fruit salad is apple +apple. Really needs improvement…

Excellent location and views. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself has old world charm, we will come back!

Very good hotel

The view is awesome. There is a great restaurant in front of the property. They offer some hours of free transport back and forth to the city, but a taxi is not expensive either.

The Hotel is de-financed in term of cleaning staff, Restaurant Menus, Kitchen staff, and General maintenance. For the price paid i would have expected something more, or at least for the Restaurant and Bar to be more reasonably priced and not taking 50 mins to deliver a simple sandwich with soggy french fries.

The room itself was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The water was hot. The view was still pretty despite not getting the room we asked for.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, they made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Even though they spoke English, they said they would rather speak in Spanish, which I understand, but they sat and watched us struggle without helping, making fun of us when we got words wrong, which was extremely rude. It started to snow heavily so we went downstairs and asked if they could help us order or find food and they refused, so my partner had to drive out in the snow to find something himself. They had a set menu for dinner which was expensive with no vegetarian or vegan options. We also didn't get a glacier view room when we asked for one.

At arrival we had to pay first before we could check in, we had no pesos so we wanted to change Euros and they gave us a very bad rate Hotel seems a bit run down, on the outside but also the rooms are a bit old Location is 10 minutes by car outside of town on a hill, so you need a car for everything Breakfast was boring, only convenience food expensive for what you get
