Beautiful setting in the mountains with natural thermal waters. Clean friendly and excellent value. This is a return visit. It is a fabulous place.

Fantastic! Absolutely beautiful setting. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the main pool and waterfall. We really enjoyed the "expedition" hike to see the sources of the hot springs (which involved some climbing and rappelling!). Exceeded our expectations.

Staff spoke very little English (okay because two of us spoke Spanish and could translate)

The location is amazing and LOTS of pools!

We stayed in the older part of the building and the roof floor felt “wet” from the moisture…bathrooms felt snug and didn’t drain well in shower.

I think the food could have been better and considering that, it was overpriced.

The property and scenery are exquisite.

To make a reservations is extremely difficult. There is no way to speak to someone on the property. When booking online you get an email that says… you will receive another email to pay…. However that email never arrives! Also you can’t book activities or spa in advance. When we arrive there is no availability. We came with lots of money to spend, but no services to spend it on. The best thing is the hiking tour with John! It is amazing!

the Spring thermal water is magnificent to see. the food, the bed and the staff.

the accommodation, all around the building is cold there is not an area that you could feel warm, you need to bring big jumpers to this place, otherwise you will be cold all the time. The hotel should inform people about this as I saw many people suffering of feeling cold. I booked through Booking.com and I was sent to a next building that looks more like a hospital, that is why the price in booking.com were cheaper, the price if you book direct with the hotel it’s a bit more pricey but you will be put in the main building which it looks nicest than the other one. isn’t very nice to be a gold member of Booking.com and receive a poor accommodation very disappointed.

The facility was nice and termales were amazing.

The staff was not attentive at all and at times rude. The food was not good at all.

The thermal bathes are great and comfortable, food was very tasty, place is clean and well organized. Stuff was very helpful.

our room was right next to the river, the sound isolation isn’t sufficient, was not able to sleep in the night. next to that, bit of a ride to get to the hotel all the way from the city by public transport.

It was a good balanced meal, served promptly after seating.

Bread and rolls were served very cold we asked for them to be warmed

Stayed for one night with a friend and had a brilliant experience. Definitely worth it. Smooth service, no issues with extra towels or anything else, and good breakfast. Our room was right beside the exclusive guest pool and was a perfect way to relax.

There was noise from construction that started a little before I was ready to wake up.
