There was an issue with the WiFi as it only worked in the reception room. They cannot provide you with an iron, and you are not allowed to use the laundry room to iron your clothes. They offer ironing services for an additional fee, but it takes 1.5 hours of waiting. There is only one air conditioning unit for three rooms, and it is unable to cool down all the rooms effectively.

The structure. Good size of the suite Wifi speed not bad. The view of the hills and cable cars in the distance, was great . Staff was nice Very good swimming pool .

Late check in . Suite was still wet . Bathroom smelled bad throughout the stay. Poor staffing ( mainly cleaning staff). Average Breakfast. Avoid their overpriced poorly tasting food . Dinner was bad .

We loved the environment, our room and breakfast. Especially staff was so great and helpful. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Our rooms ground wasn’t cleaned. I believed before us there was someone stayed there and dropped food or something.

Rooms were spacious. In room Fridge Freezer worked well.

Not enough staff. Dangeeous unlit staircase leading to apartments. My brother tripped and hurt himself. Accident waiting to happen Rooms not ready at check in time. Only one underpowered Air Con (12000 BTU) meant to be used in a 15 metre space was provided in a 60 metre apartment. No air con in any of the bedrooms in peak summer. Staff attitude to feedback is to provide excuses and ask guests to tough it out. No cutlery in room. Breakfast had poor selection of items and no rotation of food. Swimming Pool had dead bugs which were not cleared even after asking over 5 times. Rooms were not properly cleaned with dirty floors, strained sheets and rusty fittings. No cleaning performed at all in a 4 night stay when though they state they clean rooms every 3 days. They run a hotel concept but do not provide hotel facilities. No plates or cutlery in the kitchenette. No washimg machine in the apartment or shared machine on site.Shower heads scaled and blocked. On site restaurant is over priced with poor selection of items. Food cannot be brought in from outside even though this would be a common expectation in a apartment hotel such as this and is even acceptable in larger 5 star hotels.. The property is better suited to be a self catering / bed and breakfast apartment. The property aspires to attract European and International guests but only achieves cleaning standards that would be acceptable to local customers looking for a cheap motel. I could go on but unless they address these issues this place is one to avoid.

Waking up to a view of the mountains takes some beating. Breakfast was Turkish, healthy and plentiful. Rooms were larger than we expected with 2 double bedrooms and a large lounge/kitchenette area. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.

Wifi could do with a bit of extending around the areas but worked pretty well.
