Luxury Cottage with Spectacular Views and Terrace Overlooking the Creek
Dieses neu renovierte Cottage bietet Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern - von denen 2 Blick auf den Bach und die Sümpfe bieten. Die sonnige Landung hat einen Schreibtisch und ist ein großartiger Arbeits- / Spielraum. Es gibt ein Badezimmer im Obergeschoss mit einer Dusche über der Badewanne und im Erdgeschoss ist eine Nasszelle. Ein Schuhraum / Wirtschaftsraum mit viel Platz zum Aufhängen beherbergt einen großen Vorratskühlschrank, einen kleinen Gefrierschrank und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner. Der offene Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Eichentisch mit Bänken, Sofas und Sesseln für 6 Personen, einen Holzofen (mit Holzvorrat), Sky-TV (Familienpaket), einen DVD-Player, ein Musiksystem und einen Sonos Smart Speaker. Die gut ausgestattete Küche ist durch einen Raumteiler vom Wohnbereich getrennt und verfügt über eine elektrische Aga, eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler (jedoch keinen herkömmlichen Herd). Direkt gegenüber der Hütte befindet sich eine idyllische Privatterrasse direkt am Bach mit Tischen und Stühlen.

The location and charm of this cottage is absolute perfection! We are very accustomed to Norfolk, we travelled with our mum in law who up until 7 years ago lived in Hunstanton. Wells definitely has everything on your doorstep, especially if you aren’t wanting to get in the car. We were very lucky with the weather and couldn’t wait to take in the view from the patio each day. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect accomodation for 6 adults. House was clean, well equipped with comfy beds.
Views from both bedrooms were what dreams are made of.

Excellent property and location. Sadly the East Coast was experiencing a cold wind. But the house was warm and did not require the ‘central’ heating

We had a great week; we enjoyed a boat trip out to see the seals, caught the train to Walsingham and enjoyed the beach, coastal path and dark skies at night. It's a wonderful spot to watch the tides come and go. Very tasty seafood available in town too. Thanks for a lovely week.

This is a lovely cottage in the the centre of town. We couldn’t find any faults. It was well equipped, spacious and clean. Good communication from the host. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Wells-Next-The-Sea.

Super property in a great location. We well appointed, comfortable, clean and easy to use. The whole booking and check in process was very simple. We loved the aga and got to grips with it very quickly! Thank you for a relaxing stay

Lovely open plan living accommodation, with everything you could need for a fabulous holiday and more. The bedrooms were lovely, with views from the front rooms that were outstanding, you have to open the blinds in the morning and just look at the views from the bed.
Two parking spaces outside the front door, perfect.
A short walk to the centre of Wells, with shops pubs and restaurants. What more could you want??

A beautifully modernised and remodelled former pub right on the East Quay in Wells, retaining original charm but also very comfortable and warm. The views from the windows and terrace are wonderful.

Fabulous retreat
Thank you for a amazing weekend. The house was perfect & the location fabulous. The patio overlooking the estuary was wonderful, we were out there from breakfast to sundown.

Heaven-next-the-sea
The perfect home from home rental. All guests (2 legged and 4) has a marvellous stay in Wells. Every need was anticipated, and we couldn’t have been more comfortable.

Fabulous Hampden House
Thank you Jane for the stay at your beautiful property Hampden House. What an idillic location!!! Everything had been thought of and was provided at the house for us. Our two girls 2&6 had so much fun looking out the windows straight to the sea, what an amazing location.
Couldn’t fault it, fabulous kitchen & living area too. We stayed whilst attending a wedding at Holkam hall, ideal!!

Idyllic getaway
We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a short family break. It was absolutely perfect - our only complaint was that we weren’t staying longer. The photos don’t do the renovations justice - just a beautiful place to stay. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Great house in a great location !
Couldn’t ask for more from this rental. It’s in a great location with 2 much needed park spaces and it’s on the quieter side of the waterfront. The terrace is a great spot to relax and have a drink / read or simply watch the world go by. Inside is well equipped and very clean with comfy beds. Highly recommended and we will return.

Beautiful Home By The Sea
My daughter and I and our two Jack Russell’s had a wonderful week in this cozy house. We were easy walking distance from cafes and food shops as well as the open fields. It was very clean with all necessary amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house in an excellent location with great views. The house was immaculate and well kitted out and renovated to a high standard. Highly recommend. Owner was also very helpful, advising on places to eat/visit and always wanting to ensure we had the best stay. We will be back.

Perfect break
Communication with Jane was first class. The property was as described - perfect! The house was comfortable, warm, had everything you’d need to make it a home-from-home and positioned in a perfect location, with unbroken views to the front; literally a stone’s throw to all the amenities that Wells has to offer.
We (including a 22 and 24 year old plus a 2 year old pooch) loved our stay.

Thi is a great property, well looked after by the owners in a lovely situation in Wells. It is lovely to wake up and look across the estuary and the salt meshes first thing in the morning.
A 2 minute walk along the quay and you are in the centre of Wells with its shops and pubs.

Another lovely stay
This is the third time that we have visited Hampden House, we love it here, it is home from home. Fantastic morning walks with the dogs on the beach and forest followed by 'chilling out' in this well located, well equipped comfortable home means that we will be returning for a fourth time.
