The hotel was under some kind of construction, so the noise was intolerable. The was no WiFi in the room. The staff tried to solve the problem and they couldn't. The air conditioner was not working so the room was very hot at night.

The breakfast buffet was worth every dollar. Location was great. The staff was phenomenal and very nice and helpful.

I do not think they could do anything better everything was good.

Location and facilities are very good and staff is helpful and willing to assist, the room was very clean, roomy and comfortable.

Wifi could improve both in access and coverage as well as TV available channels

The staff was amazing from the cleaning people to the front Desk staff Fernando and Carla to our waiter Arturo. We felt like we were the only ones at the resort because we had such personal care. All of our needs were met. The property is very clean our rooms were very clean. Service was very fast with anything we needed.

We booked this place with the hope to have a calm and relaxing few days in Oaxaca but unfortunately this was really not the case: - The room brings you right next to the restaurants and pool, which makes it really loud. During our stay, we had a couple of family gathering together - they were playing music on their own speaker and the sound of the kids playing in the swimming pool and jacuzzi all day made it impossible to relax. We tried to communicate this with the staff, but nothing changed - We were not able to use the jacuzzi unfortunately as it was monopolised by them - a shame for the price we actually paid - The breakfast included was ok, but we were expecting better. We only had the choice between two meals: eggs or chilaquiles. Also, we only had access to filtered coffee - cappuccinos etc are not included in the breakfast - The wifi was inexistent in our bedroom, we had to use our mobile data to organise our days in Oaxaca If I had knew, I would have booked an hotel in the center - which would I am sure have been better value.

Liked everything except a bit far from downtown.

Exceptional service, beautiful grounds, our room was large, comfortable and clean. House keeping was quick and on point. But the best part was the service that Fernando provide for us, he made our stay delightful. Thank for making us feel at home.

Location was not as central as I had hoped. The menu is lacking in vegetarian options. The breakfast included in my rate was not vegetarian friendly. I had to pay extra for a vegetarian breakfast despite having already paid for breakfast in my room rate.
