Location is good and central for where I needed to be

One guest walking up and down in front of my room speaking loudly on his cell phone every morning discussing his business with who ever. It was PRETTY DISTURBING as it carried on for more than an hour every morning.

Very very clean and quite. Looove the place

Staying at Xaviera was home away from home. I will certainly make use of their hospitality in future.

Very secure and silent, peaceful sleep on a very comfortable bed in a spacious, very clean and modern room. excellent neighbourhood. car secure behind closed gate.

Guesthouse (and) Owners were very welcoming of children. They are allowed to make use of the swimming pool, and have provided the - always exciting - bunk beds :-) The venue also has secure parking. And a strong WiFi signal.

There are no provisions made for loadshedding which is now a reality for South Africa - venue can perhaps consider installing re-chargeable light bulbs, or lanterns than can be collected/returned to the office (understandably candles would not be a safe option!)
