Hotel was neat and food was also ok .

Everything is within vicinity, beach, restaurant, temples Breakfast spread is not too large but good food for sure. The staffs are really helpful and able to provide guides when needed

- our room didn’t have any hot water, probably not working but it was manageable given the scorching heat outside

The breakfast was brilliant , it was very tasty and the staff were amazing especially sriyanka always a smile on her face and very pleasant , her male counterparts were equally good !

I was not disappointed at anything from holiday hotel from the most efficient receptionists shalama and titto who would sort anything out for you to Michael and his crew in the bar who runs the best stocked bar in cherai beach . They are the most please people I’ve come across from a hotel

TV doesn’t work, wifi doesn’t work,local bar downsides, refrigerator doesn’t work,breakfast doesn’t have enough options and starts late, you inform the staff they are helpless and cant fix ur problem and best part they take all the booking money upfront so that client is helpless

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was beautiful.

The WiFi barely worked in the room, you had to sit at the bottom of the bed to get a connection and that dropped every 10 minutes

Visting India from Melbourne - breakfast was awesome - the food was really good and the restaurant manager Ebin was attentive with no delays - my spouse prefers non veg but this restaurant was the exception. The reception was professional and nothing was left to chance. The overnight attendant helped us locate a cab in the early hours of the morning - thanks to him - note that Uber to the airport does not function during the early hours of the morning. All in all it was the best choice of hotel for us.

To be honest everything was good.
