Good location in the pretty Murtur. Excellent shower and aircon. Very clean and tidy; nice pool.

The reception was quite a long way away from the actual flat and along with the queues we met there, it made the process of getting keys quite a faff and took well over an hour - not ideal on holiday. The pillows were awful and we both had poor sleep as a consequence on one of the two nights we stayed there - this seems to be a common thing across cheaper rentals no the continent. PLEASE, owners, supply feathered pillows, one flat and one thicker to suit different types of sleeper. No instructions in the flat either which was a bit annoying ... ended up not using WiFi or the coffee machine ... helpful over telephone, just didn't want to make a another call ...

Apartment neat, clean & tidy. Supermarket, bakery & beach nearby and easy access to centre.

Arrival instructions changed which we were not notified about. Lack of kitchen equipment such as kettle & coffee maker. Bedroom is on mezzanine with low sloping roof and very low bed.

Location was perfect, close to beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and bright the bed was comfortable which is very important to me, having the pool was fantastic it was kept very clean, cleaned every day. The email response to questions and requests was extremely quick.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, my friend had to sleep the other way around. There needed to be a broom and a mop so we could tidy up a bit, and needed extra towels, it was great apart from that.
