1. An immigrant area that did not contribute to our sense of security, especially at nights :( 2. the bed not comfortable

The apartment is very nice and cozy, spacious, equipped with everything you need. It was very quiet during the night, even though it's really close to the city center. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, thanks for the detailed instructions! We appreciated how close it is to the city center and tram/bus stations. We felt at home here. The tablet + Netflix subscription was a nice touch.

Think the cleaning could be improved - the cabinets in the kitchen were a bit dirty, but otherwise everything looked good. Small refurbishments can be made here and there to improve the overall look of the place.

Location

After i slept there, i had some bites which are obviously not just mosquito. It was extremely hard to get in the apartment. There is no room number, no floor number, noone to ask question. (I added some photos of our corridor. )You are all alone. I had to call the phone number many times and his English is very poor. So i had to pay a lot for my phone bill since its an outbond call. There was a video to be watched before going but i booked a night before my arrival so i had no time either to watch video or to read his long explanation. You have to study at this place before arrival!
