The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good near the main attractions. The breakfast was really nice. On my last day, kids from the community came with drums to play, it was beautiful.

It was a bank holiday and I the price for two nights were twice more expensive than in a normal day. I stayed in a room that felt like a hostel room with bunk beds and a double bed.

I enjoyed very much my stay in this hostel! The staff was very nice, they allowed me to let my stuff after checkout for free in a locker and even take a shower after the beach. The hostel itself is light full, clean, practical! The case/locker in the room is a must. The location is great, next to the main avenues, not so far from the beaches and very close to the bus station! I enjoyed the breakfast and the common areas.

Very noisy during sleeping times. There's a bar close by that plays extremely loud music every night until 12-1 am. Sometimes the music starts again at 7am.

Everything was great and you get what you paid for. The staff is super friendly and breakfast is very good too.

The only thing that would really make this place wonderful was if there was a pool. Other than that, not one thing to point out!

When I travel I stay in a mixture of hostels and hotels and I feel like this place combines the best of both. It has the friendly atmosphere of a hostel but the room was like a hotel room and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful. They helped my to organize a trip to see whales and organized a transfer for me from Salvador at the last minute. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Pria do Forte in the future.

Location- at the start of all the shops and bars. You can walk to the TAMAR project in 10 minutes, beach starts at the end of the road and the fort is a pleasant 40 minutes walk. Breakfast- good variety and served well Setting- communal garden and space will be great for socialising and meeting people . Good value for money, large room with plenty of space.

How quiet it was! That's not their fault but was a shame that in my room of 6, I was alone for 2 days! Thus is probably because I stay Wednesday- Friday. I'm sure weekends are busier. Bathroom bins need lids and all rooms should have communal soap and a hand towel.
