Great location Lovely roof terrace

everything! From fantastic location, to beautiful interior, great beaches and a lovely welcome!

I booked this place for my mother and her friend, this is their review: We were in Bol on Brac in September, in a superb apartment, at an authentic Dalmatian stone house. The mix of old authentic design with all modern features you need were a perfect combination for a pleasant stay, and to feel like at home while on Mediterranean holiday. We had terrace overlooking the sea, on a beautiful street, just a few minutes to the sea and a beautiful walk through the Mediterranean trees to the most amazing beach Zlatni rat ..... magic. Coast is filled with small restaurants, staff friendly, locals are friendly. The apartment itself was exactly what we wanted, and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. We're coming next summer too.

Location of this apartment was perfect, two minutes from old town and very well connected to Zlatni rat beach. Host was very nice and pleasant and always at our service. Accommodation was outstandingly clean, well equipped and very sweet and special. We especially enjoyed large terrace.

Great and modern apartment located in city center perfect for solo travelers or a couple with a great host Dinko. Famous beach, Zlatni rat, is in walking distance and takes light 15 min walk with great views on see side all the way long.

Excellent location in the city center, well equipped and clean apartment with lovely sunny terrace and good shower. Two adjustable air-conditionings keep the room cool. Really friendly host. Would recommend.

My partner and I spent 8 nights here and loved our stay so much. Dinko is a really welcoming host and made sure we were comfortable throughout the week without ever being intrusive. The apartment has been refurbished to give it a modern finish but without losing it’s original charming Croatian features either. All of the apartment facilities are in good working order (inc. a great shower) and there are enough kitchen utensils & crockery to cook a basic meal. We particularly enjoyed the sun terrace outside when eating our breakfasts or star gazing at night. The location is well situated in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main strip and approx 20 min walk from the iconic Zlatni Rat beach. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family alike for those looking for good value when visiting beautiful Bol.

Although we did like the attic bedroom, the ceiling is low and I could imagine this being a problem for taller people. Also, the stairs leading up to the bedroom are quite steep.
