La suite aveva diversi piccoli problemi fra cui la doccia senza porta allagava

La colazione ricca, l’ampiezza delle stanze e della struttura, la disponibilita dello staff, in particolare di un ragazzo con gli occhi chiari che ci ha serviti sia per la cena che per la colazione il giorno seguente, il rapporto qualita prezzo, il parcheggio grande e gratuito, i piatti abbondanti del ristoranti oltre al fatto che erano molto buoni.
Alcune stanze un po fatiscenti, da rivedere un po, magari da ristrutturare, ma nonostante cio era cmq dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, e un unico cuscino sottile per dormire.

1 per farvi un idea ho fatto la doccia con l'acqua del lavandino perche nella doccia zero acqua (dunque io chiedo a voi proprietari se andata in un albergo e non potete fare la doccia come? dopo una giornata di lavoro
2 e poi vai a letto al meno dici vado a riposare, e ti svegli con mal di tutto il corpo perche il materasso e DURRISSIMO!!!!!

The breakfast and restaurant were really good. There was a nice and friendly waiter.
The entrance through the garage of the hotel it seems an abandoned place. Lift was broken, an abandoned van parked there, empty meeting rooms and so on. My room had either a broken flush and a safe.

this would probably be a great hotel 20-30 years ago, everything is operational though but it could use a refreshment especially in the interior decoration.

Breakfast wasn't that great. Place looks like it hasn't been upgraded in decades. There is no bartender at the bar. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The room felt gross. I wouldn't ever stay there again. Our room was a "suit" in the basement and everything about the hallway lobby and elevator was just gross.

There wasnt any vineyards fields as was written in the description. Also it is far from lake Garda. Hairdryer was broken.

the staff, the staff was very kind
unfortunately they weren’t ready to receive guests yet, there were not hot water and no air conditioning, the breakfast was a little poor

There was so much broken or very old in the hotel that I dont want to start listing all. Just a few examples: The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The door did not close properly. The elevator doors are super dangerous for children. Mini-Bar fridge in the room did not work. Public toilets in the property were not working and had no toilet paper. The basement looked like in a horror movie (that is what my kids told me). Considering the very high price we paid for the room this was extremely disappoiting.

10 years ago it was probably a quite good hotel

The receptionist Giuseppe was very friendly. He even whisked up some scrambled eggs for us for breakfast after we found they didn't have any eggs in the buffet. He was very cheerful. The reception and lounge was beautiful.
The location. Especially as we were driving and we reached there at night. The road leading upto it was not well lit.

The room was super big and comfortable with a big bathroom, 2 sinks and a great shower. Sweet breakfast was OK, but there wasn't much of a choice for those who like continental breakfast.
The signage in the hotel is missing. It's confusing to go from the garage to the reception and the rooms. Coffee in the restaurant was rather bad for an Italian coffee.
