The apartment size and equipment, quiet residence, see view, swimming pools, garage, extremely close to Monaco and other nice places as La Turbie and Eze.

It would be good to get a real split air-conditioning in the bedroom, not just in the living room.

Air conditioning only worked in den area, furniture needs to be updated, generally clean, leftover items in kitchen from previous guest need to be removed

The apartment is nice and furnitures and decorations are well chosen, but it is not luxurios. The view is very beautiful. The house has two small to medium outdoor pools, but only a few sunbeds and no parasols. The written communication with the manager was helpful, efficient and objective orientated.

There is a train station at about 50 meter distance and every few minutes trains are passing and stopping which makes it very noisy! There was no kind of service provided during our stay. We let our ourselves in and out according to the instructions received, the only request we had for additional towels for the pool was denied. The unpleasant surprise was that we had to clean a lot of things in the apartment before we could use them.

Apartment was amazing and has a great view. Host is very welcoming and helpful. Fantastic location for train travel to Monaco, Nice and surrounding areas. Would recommend to everyone!
