We are still waiting to hear from the property manager about a refund for the 1st night - as our air conditioner did not work and it was 85 degrees for the first 24 hours. The repair guy said he had been at our unit before. The manager accused us of freezing tue unit . We were told someone would contact me after the trip and no one has .

We stayed in late July with 3 couples and two toddlers. The space was laid out so nicely for our group! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was great. The condo complex was very quiet! The pool was great, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The villas themselves on the outside need to be updated and maintained better. Handrail going upstairs to villa was broken, walkways needed sweeping. When we checked in the air conditioning did not work, bedding on main floor was stained and dirty along with the comforter that should have been thrown out. We could not sit on couch because there was so much food on it. Kitchen chairs had so much food crusties that had to be scrubbed off. We contacted property manager and she sent someone right away for the air to be fixed and a cleaning person to come. The bathroom vent was very clogged and dirty as was air intake vent for air conditioning. The air filter for the heat/air looked like it had never been changed. Simple maintenance fixes that should be done twice a year. It wasn’t until the next day that we noticed our feet were getting dirty from walking on floors so my husband wet some paper towels and wiped up the floor and it was extremely dirty. The floors could not have been wet mopped in quite awhile but property manager disagreed with us. I have pictures and sent them to her. Did not feel like arguing so we wore shoes inside at all times. Windows and blinds also very dirty. Window over bed needs a blind because of bright lights outside all night. Update your photos because furniture that is in pictures is not what is there. Positives- nicely decorated, close to beach and restaurants good if you need 3 bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean.

The property is very dated. The kitchen countertops have burn marks on different places and the dining table has wine marks/stains. The sheets were stained and when one of the members of my group grabbed the extra blanket, it was full of stains, dirt, and hair from previous use. Our comforters had marks and we're not sure if they were washed prior to our arrival. In the kitchen, the collander (first item we grabbed to wash salad fixins) still had dirt from previous use. We had to rewash everything that we used during our stay to make sure they're clean. Under the sink was used sponges and what looked like mouse droppings - I'm not sure if they are as I didn't touch them. That cabinet remained closed our entire stay. The cold air return vent/grill is caked with dust, as well as all bathroom and stove vents. It's very unfortunate. I had high hopes about this property. I received lots of emails prior to arrival, including one with contact information for any concerns we have during our stay. But when I emailed about a question we had, no one responded
Overall, the condo can use thorough cleaning. And having said all that, the building is in a phenominal location.
Close to trails, beach, stores and restaurants - these, we thoroughly enjoyed.

I really feel like this place has a lot going for it and could be awesome with a few small changes.
Pros:
-Awesome location! We were able to walk to the beach and dinner.
-4 toilets! Every room has an en suite, plus a half bath downstairs.
-Cozy furniture. The beds and couch were updated and great.
-The woman on call was wonderful, very responsive when our power went out. Flashlights would have been helpful.
Cons:
-This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning.
-The pool and hot tub were not open.
-The kitchen pans are stainless. These take SKILL to work with. I would have brough a few of my own if we knew.
-We lacked basic things: sponges, soap, trash bags, beach towels etc.
-The home is mostly updated but the kitchen is pretty original. Its usable, but beware if you're looking for a fully updated condo.

Our stay was originally scheduled to be for Vacation and to support my Mother-in-Law and Father-In-Law in their journey through beating her cancer. Unfortunately, Cancer took her from us too early so our stay instead was different. The place and the staff at Evolve were amazing. They got back to us very quickly. They accommodated the changes we needed to make and communicated effectively with Kindness and compassion. The place was clean and very quiet. The television was a bit different to figure out but not a big deal. We will definitly book again.

The condo (second floor) was spacious and had a great location! Close to the shops, food and beach! (You must try Stu’s Subs-AMAZING) The condo itself had plenty of room for our family of six (all adults)! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and my favorite part was each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus a half bath between the kitchen and living room! Had a great big sectional and two smaller recliners, plenty of space for all of us! If I had any complaints I’d say it needed a good wipe down of things, it felt like no one had stayed there in awhile, it wasn’t dirty, i just felt it needed a quick wipe down. And if I could suggest adding a full length mirror somewhere in the condo!!

This condo is in an amazing location with a good amount of space (hard to find a 3 bedroom in HHI) and overall nice appearance, all for a super reasonable price. Have no complaints about the property at all but had to give it 4 stars for the lack of communication. Tried twice to talk to someone (one via email and one via the number provided) and got no response either time. While overall it was an urgent matter, one of the issues was that the cleaners (or last guests) didn’t leave the pool access cards and it would’ve been nice to have someone respond.

We loved the condo and love Springwood Villas, as we have stayed there for many years. We had a great time and the condo was freshly painted with comfy sectional living room furniture that worked great for our family of seven adults to lounge around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The powder room on the first floor very convenient. However, the guest services communication was very poor. Some of the kitchen appliances need updating - the blender broke while we were there and although promised an ASAP new blender it never arrived so we had to get our own (we were reimbursed on the last day). We also had to take care of three wasp nests on the balcony that were communicated as an issue, but not resolved by guest services, making it difficult to sit outside. The coffee maker worked fine, but had clear damage from years of misuse, as the heating pad was scorched beyond cleaning. Finally, the advertisement and the guest instructions need to be updated, as there is no access to the tennis center as advertised. These things were inconveniences and although I believe the guest services should have addressed them, we still had a great time!

The unit is well maintained with 3-1/2 baths and comfortable beds. The TVs all have full cable, and the location can't be beat! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place that was pretty close to Sea Pines for a family event and this fit the bill. It was my husband, two kids (11 & 4) and my elderly father and we had plenty of room. For a condo it is pretty spacious and all the bathrooms were updated. The first floor master was great and accessible for my father who has some issues with tubs/showers. I will note I missed that it was on the second floor of the complex, so there is one flight of stairs (but that was my fault not the listings), however my father navigated it just fine!
The kitchen had everything we needed, but we did not cook with oven/stove. It was really nice to have a 1/2 bath attached to family room which has newer furniture that in listing pictures. It was also nice to have the ensuite bath for the kids room and t.v.'s in each room. We had no issues with accessing cable/Roku but there was a missing cable remote in the lower master suite (not an issue my father didn't even watch tv).
The area was quiet and parking was right outside the unit and clearly marked. The only issue we had was the thermostat. It would have been nice for some instructions on use because we woke up in the middle of the night to temp of almost 80 degrees (it was November and outside temp dropped below 45 at night). We had turned on the heat to 74 degrees and I'm not sure what happened with the Nest thermostat.
There were some beach items for the kids we took for playing in the sand and they also provided chairs and a smaller cooler that we didn't use.
Overall, we would stay here again and would love to see what it has to offer in the warmer months. The pool right out the back patio looked great! It is definitely biking distance to beach or Coligny and is central to many restaurants and stores. Thanks!

No surprises, actual condition better than photos, clean, very convenient parking. Best of all, this is a great location on HHI. In the middle of everything but tucked away in a secluded group of condos/apartments. Would book again.

The property was definitely as described and surprisingly larger than what we expected!! Tons of room and great amenities. People have left reviews about the Nest/temperature but it’s just on a schedule and you can override that. So don’t worry about those reviews!!
My only complaint would be that we didn’t have enough trash bags for our stay nor enough hand towels/ cleaning cloths in the kitchen.
The property manager responded to be 2/3 times so also not a huge deal when you see reviews about them not responding.
We loved our stay and would stay there again for sure!!!

Disappointment
Management company would not return any messages or phone calls. No key was left for the pool so we were unable to access pool our ENTIRE vacation. Had to try to Convince other residents to let us in. There are not Smart TVs in every room. Only living room. Cleaning is subpar with only obvious areas being cleaned. Definitely not worth the amount I paid per night.

Good location, plenty of room for 9 adult/teens and an infant.
Plenty of space, needs a good mopping and carpets cleaned. Upstairs bunk room bathroom drain needs fixed. We did call property manager and she came with draino, but it still drained horribly slow. No where to rinse off the sand from the beach so you drag a lot of sand in. The complex needs an outdoor shower to rinse off and sand toys boogie boards etc off. No outdoor grill (which I love to do) but there was a George Foreman grill to use in the condo. Plenty of pots and pans dishes etc to cook with. Call ahead to rent bikes and have them delivered before you arrive. There was a 2 day wait for them to be delivered. Overall great, space great location, and the pool was great!

Clean property, nice location
The property was very nice, clean. We did attempt to contact our point of contact and had no luck getting ahold of her or receiving anything back from her.
The temperature in the condo did not regulate well. It was very hot in one room while in another room it was very cold.
Overall nice place to stay and great location to coligny beack.

Cleanliness of condo
We have utilized this process of renting from Virbo previously and have never experienced the overall lack of cleanliness. The floors were dirty and rugs in bathroom were dirty. Upstairs bathroom with trundle bed had an extremely slow drain which we believe was clogged. Slider door shade slats were missing and windowsills were filthy. And the owners continually overrode the Nest thermostat in-spite of us trying to keep it comfortable for our sleep. We had an email drafted but realized it was going to the cleaning company and not the company manager so we did not want them coming in when we were not there. The pictures shown to rent do not reflect actual living quartets.

Our family of six had more than enough room for sleeping, living, and being together or spreading out. The furnishings are stylish, very comfortable and well-taken care of. The unit has everything you need. The pool is nice too. Grocery store and lots of restaurants are close by.
The most important thing, the beach: This is our favorite beach in SC. It’s beautiful. The sand is soft and the beach was busy but not overcrowded. From this unit it’s easy walking distance - a couple of blocks down the road. If you plan ahead, you can have one of the local bike rental places leave bikes at the bike rack outside the unit as well, but we were fine to just walk with our beach chairs and such.
Management was responsive too (our GPS took us further down the road and we needed directions late at night).
We can’t wait to go back!

Spacey Condo
This place was a great stay. The rooms were large and there was plenty of room to accommodate our 8 guests. It was a close drive to the beach and overall a great experience.

Disappointed
This 3 bedroom condo is nice. The kitchen is stocked and the unit was clean. BUT..... The upstairs was extremely hot and the downstairs was extremely cold. No way of adjusting the single thermostat to make anyone comfortable. Perhaps management can supply a thicker comforter for the downstairs bedroom. There must have been a water leak from the upstairs bathroom because just above the dining table was evidence of that. The towels were old and some had stains on them. The small shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was diluted with water. I suggest if you're going to be cheap, just make a note that you don't provide these items. Hilton Head is a beautiful island to visit, but I think I'll stay elsewhere the next time I go.

Great location. Close to the beach and Coligny Park.
The rental process for this property was smooth and we had no issues!!! Will definitely consider renting again the next time we stay in Hilton Head.

Not recommended for small children
The property was beautiful. The pool is right off the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and amenities were perfect! The only downfall is we had 3 children under 5 that were excited and running around. The floors echo and condo is on the second floor. The first night the neighbors downstairs came up and said they had enough of the running around and stomping @ 9:30. She was quite rude, as I’m sure she heard us telling them to calm down multiple times. They live there full time, so if you have small children, I would not recommend this condo. Other than that it was perfect!

Very Dirty
The location, size of the property, and the amenities were great!
The condo was filthy however. The carpet had deep greasy stains, there enormous dust bunnies under all the beds, furniture and in the ceiling fans. The tile areas in the shower had extreme build up. I literally stepped into a pile of sand when I had to rewash all the dishes that were covered in dry food from their last use. The air conditioning in the master bedroom downstairs and upstairs in the primary children’s room did not work. Those rooms were a good 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo.
I was super uncomfortable the entire time while trying to sleep as well as the kids.
I tried reaching out to the company that manages this condo in hopes to get a message to the owners. They stopped responding to me once they realized we had a bad stay.
So.. I had to post a warning for anyone else looking to stay at this listing.
It needs some attention .

Awesome family vacation
Our family had a great vacation here. Perfect for 3 teenagers. They were able to have their own space upstairs and plenty of bathrooms. The unit was very clean and updated. Location was great, short bike ride to beach, grocery store and restaurants. Owners were very responsive to our needs. We will definitely book again.

2019 Family Vacation
This condo was great for our first trip back to HHI in 10+ years. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom which made getting ready very easy. The location was central and always a short drive/bike ride to everything. We visited the beach at Coligny Park for the first few days before learning about the beach access a little closer and much less crowded. Our family loved the bike paths and exploring the island. We also enjoyed evenings at Coligny Plaza. Plenty of shopping and activities for all. Overall, this unit is a great value and would highly recommend.
