Stay was perfect and this is definately the best place to stay in Marina di Ragusa. Room was large and very comfortable, breakfast was great and hotel pools were a great place to relax. Staff was super helful and friendly all thoughout our stay. Hotel is meters away from a beautiful beach Not the cheapest option but well wort the additional cost. In my opinion the best place to stay in Marina di Ragusa

Lunch time menu was very basic

We liked the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The breakfast was good too.

when we arrived the toilet bowl was dirty but when we called up the reception and told them about it, they immediately took care of it.

Breakfast is good with a wide selection. The pools are also nice with deckchairs available to everyone. Room size is perfect and also the parking.

The cleaner knock and open the door immediately saying 'Permesso' I preferer she knock and wait and if there is no answer open the door and say permesso. The pasta on the menu for lunch both the pesto and the tomato sause should be more tasty when you consider you are in Sicilia.

Very good location

Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very well kept and very clean. The only downside was that there was no servservice by the pool and the bar was closed in the afternoon.

Unfortunitly we had to checkout very early and the breakfast was not on at that time. The reception went out of his way to provide us with all the food that was available so early in the day. My wife and I highly appreciated the night receptionist on duty's effort and politness!

The property is outstanding. It offers beautiful and spacious rooms very well decorated with an astonishing view of the sea and/or swimming pools and enchanting gardens. The bed is very confortable, so is the bathroom and the services are of high standards. The outside gardens are gorgeous, beautiful palm trees, plants and lovely roses and other flowers including poppies. The restaurant offers a great variety of meals, excellent cuisine made by an excellent Chef, the waitresses and the waiters are very professional, very kind, and they take great care of the clients. Breakfast is very well served and it is, to say the least, delicious, whether you try sweet pastries, cakes, tartes, croissants etc. or tasty ‘omelettes’ and their special ricotta and other cheeses, and drink fresh juices. In spite of the pandemic, this resort hotel offers services of high standards whilst keeping all guests protected in lovely spacious areas following all necessary measures to protect all their guests. There are two very good size pools , lovely areas to relax. The sea is just less than 100 metres from the hotel, and they have a private area for their guests. The manager pays attention to every single detail to render your stay very pleasant and confortable. For instance, they surprised us with a bottle of an excellent pro secco and a tarte, which we found in our room as they heard that last Thursday was our wedding anniversary. It was indeed a lovely present which we appreciated fully! This property is a jewel in this wonderful part of Sicily : Marina di Ragusa. Beautiful area for children and adults, lovely large pavements, an interesting harbor just 20 minutes walking from the hotel. Lots lots of restaurants, bar mostly located practically on the beachsides, some of them literally at two steps from the sea or near the lovely touristic harbor ! Very pleasant strolls, lots of entertainment, all by the seaside! A memorable stay indeed!

Breakfast was excellent. Very good and varied choices. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Soya milk also available. Good wifi and TV channels. Restaurants nearby were pretty good, but in October, everything starting to shut down, even though weather still pretty warm.

Sun loungers not very comfortable, with only two positions available. Flat or a quarter up. Pool freezing cold. Drinks quite expensive.

The hotel, staff, restaurant and facility's are great.
