This property is large and very nice. Overlooks views of golf course. Pool across the street is wonderful, and Mauna Lani beach is easy to get to. The property is well equipped and everything about our stay was comfortable.

Had a great stay! The home was very comfortable and well appointed. Massive bathrooms and closets. And a fully equipped kitchen. Would be perfect for 2 couples or a few friends. The location was great, very peaceful on the lanais overlooking the golf course and conveniently located to everything in the area.

We had such a nice time. The home was beautiful and very well stocked. It was such a comfortable oasis to return to after exploring the area every day. Wendee always responded very quickly and sweetly to any email I sent to her. We would definitely stay here again, if it was available. I could understand that it might not be, because of high demand. It is that nice of a place!

The condo was really clean inside, but could use a good scrubbing outside as well as the screens and window gutters. The beds were extremely comfortable. The layout worked really well for us and the décor was really nice. The location was great with the pools right across the street. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely stay here again. We would recommend replacing the kitchen sink faucet as it does not move.

This is a beautiful property - there is no mistaking that. Perfect for one couple or two - as it has 2 bedroom suites. That is where our satisfaction ended. Being in a condo community there are a lot of "rules", with the most irritting not being allowed to let your car sit out in front of the garage - it either has to be driven into the garage, which, btw, is painfully small (a mid-SUV won't fit through the single door frame) or parked in unassigned parking stalls which are not exactly convenient to where your condo is. Once inside, we found the TV's difficult to operate, as the instructions in the "rule" book (50+ pages) did not work, the upstairs jacuzzi tub was not operational, not sure about downstairs as I never tried it. We had contacted the property manager, Wendee, when we first arrived, as we were unable to identify the condo numbers from the road and then again to report the broken jetted tub. She responded. When we contacted her a third time for help with the TV, she stopped responding to us. I guess she was annoyed with us by then. Lastly, what I find especially irksome, and this is becoming a trend with many VRBO properties, is what we are "required" to do upon departure. We are two people who don't "mess up" things, however, in this case, we were required to load and start the dishwasher, start a load of laundry, and take out the garbage. Exactly what am I paying a hefty cleaning fee for? This is one time, I was truly disappointed with our entire stay.

The unit is clean and well furnished. Very comfortable beds, in the 2 en-suite bedrooms. Luxurious bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with what is needed for meal prep.
Ideally located to pools and fitness center.
Only criticism would be, poor lighting for reading, and narrow garage doors for parking.

We had a great stay! House was perfect for two couples with the two master suites. Kitchen was will stocked. Wendee was prompt to answer questions and take care of a request. We would definitely stay here again.

Kulalani is a beautiful condo complex with stunning architecture, a wonderful pool/gym and access to the wonderful Mauna Lani private beach. This condo which features two primary suites with spa bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, is well equipped with beach equipment, cooking supplies, etc. All you need for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay in unit 501 at Kulalani. The property was exactly as described. Clean, well appointed, and the perfect location. Beach Club access is always a benefit of staying at Mauna Lani. The size of the unit and layout was perfect for two couples. We reached out to Wendee a few times with questions or requests and her response was immediate and spot on. Highly recommend this unit to others and would love to stay again!

Listing as described in quiet, well- kept neighborhood. Great amenities with pool and beach access that is great for snorkeling. Close to grocery, restaurants and coffee or smoothie shops. Double master suites great for couples traveling together. Unit lovely with beautiful view of golf course. Areas to walk/jog. Owner responsive and efficient with check in and other communication.

This place was perfect for our honeymoon, but easily would accommodate more people comfortably as there are two equally spacoius bedrooms with walk in closets, full tubs/showers, double sinks and private patios. The unit also had everything you need to enjoy the island including beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers/ beach towels etc. There is a very nice grocery store right outside the neighborhood as well so we really felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Loved the condo. Everything was clean. The neighbors were quiet. Great kitchen, huge bathrooms, multiple lanais, large garage with beach toys, and washer and dryer. Nicely situated in a lushly landscaped area of Mauna Lani.

This unit was wonderful- beautifully appointed, comfortable, quiet, close to everything! Love the access to the Beach Club and the community pool area is very nice. Wendee was great to work with. We would stay here again and hope to next spring.

Beautiful relaxing property
Everything was as listed only better. First class all the way. The beds were very comfortable and it has two beautiful masters which is perfect for two couples. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the upstairs lanai. Bonus was that the pools were right across the street

Mauna Lani Paradise
Kulalani 501 was as described. We had an awesome time staying at this amazing property. Wendee was very accessible and responded back to any text we had in a timely manner. The location is centrally located between the Fairmont and The Mauna Lani resort. Close to Tommy’s and the grocery store too. Until next time. Oh I forgot to mention the fruit basket that was there when we arrived.

Best Condo Ever
This place is magical. Nice decor. Comfortable furnishings. Immaculate. Perfect hospitality. The air conditioning was whisper quiet. We actually didn't need it much due to the shade from trees lining the golf course. The two masters were equally nice, so no one got the lesser bed/bath. We stayed at both Kulalani and KaMilo (which cost more). They share the rec complex. However, I found Kulalani to be much nicer, less crammed in, with a better floor plan. Saw a constant parade of critters. Loved that the garage door opened into kitchen area. I have been to Hawaii several times, this was hands down the best unit we have ever rented.

Wonderful, convenient location
Relaxing stay! Very comfortable set up for 2 couples or families with 2 master bedroom/bath combos. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is high end with all amenities you need. Well stocked with pots/pans/etc as well as condiments. The proximity to the pools and fitness center was amazing. Keycards also get you in to the protected and safe Mauna Lani beach which has amazing snorkeling and swimming. Nice area to go on walks as well. Property is well maintained. Would definitely stay here again - looking forward to our next visit!

This was the best property we ever rented on vrbo. The townhouse is exactly like on the photos and is gorgeous.
Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, jetted tub, high-end appliances in the kitchen, quiet dishwasher!!!, lots of kitchenware, outdoor kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, SUP, pool toys, this townhouse has it all.
Wendee was very easy to deal with, super-easy checkin and checkout (there's none, you just show up and open the door with the code she gave us).
We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the island of Hawaii.

Wonderful vacation
My family and I just returned from a wonderful week! Wendee, the host, was very communicative. The townhouse was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for all of our meals and we really appreciated the fruit basket upon arrival! We also really appreciated the quiet privacy in the back of the unit on the lanais and balcony. There's a plumeria tree in the back that drops the most wonderfully smelling flowers. And the only thing we heard was the chirping of the birds. We loved the beach equipment - chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, We made use of all of them! The proximity to the pool was perfect for the kids. Also having a family pool and a quiet pool was a bonus. The fitness room was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a nice addition to the a/c. A couple of minor things that would have made our stay that much better - there were bamboo shades on the windows, but no real way to block out the morning light. This was mostly fine, but it would have been a nice option to have. There were also no books or games at all. Maybe this was due to a COVID precaution, however. Overall, a wonderful trip for my husband, myself and two kids (6&8yo) and would very much recommend staying at Kulalani 501.

We would recommend buying all new pillows and a new mattress for the bed with the mosquito netting. Would definitely stay here again.

Attractive, well furnished, clean, carefully maintained home in attractive condo development in excellent resort. Home overlooks attractive gulf coarse and is opposite entrance to development, robust common facilities including 2 pools and exercise facility. Unit features high ceilings, spacious baths, covered lanai with high end grill, overhead fan, and table/chairs. Good kitchen appliances. Two car garage with beach chairs and other rec equipment. Electronic door lock for convenient access. Helpful agent and great cleaning service. Would rent again!

Excellent Quality townhome on golf course
This is one of the best appointed condos we have ever stayed at. the furnishings are very high quality and everything is very well maintained. Kitchen has everything needed for advanced cooking skills, fantastic Viking BBQ, even Reidel wine glasses. Wendee the host is amazing and quick to respond to any questions.
