אהבתי את השירות, צוות אדיב יחס טוב, למרות ששילמנו עבור הגעה מוקדמת לבית מלון למרות שהחדר היה ריק, אך פיצו אותנו בציק אווט לעשות עד שעה 2 במקום 12. הבריכה יפה נקיה, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, ניקיון, חדר יפה, נוף לבריכה ולים. היתה משחקיה לילדים. הצוות ענה לכל המשאלות.

שכל פעם היינו צריכים להזמין אוכל עם שליח (ארוחת צהרים וערב) או לצאת עם מונית כי זה מרחק כ רבע 20 דקות הליכה בחום עד המסעדות ובמיוחד עם ילדים. והמים היו שמים בחדר כמה בקבוקים קטנים למרות שזה המינימום של בית מלון 5 כוכבים, ואת המחירים של הגלידה ממתקים לילדים ואת האוכל בבר או במסעדת המלון מאוד יקרה. גם חשוב להזכיר שהשהייה בבית המלון נותנת הנחה לפרק המים Waterpark ליד המלון 11.5 דינר על כל אדם מעל 3 שנים, עם נסיעה כמובן הלוך חזור, אך שם מבקשים על כל מגבת 2 דינר שזה נצלנות, סתם לשלם דינרים, גם לא מרשים להכניס אוכל מבחוץ בכדי לקנות מאצלם, וגם מחירים יחסית לא זול ועוד חוקים מוזרים כמו אסור להיות עם כובע במגלשות הילדים או להיות עם כפכים במגלשות המבוגרים אפילו רבתי עם אחד המצילים שהיה חוצפן וביקשתי מהאחראי עליו שירד ויתנצל אליי, וכך מה שקרה., אבל את האמת שווה וכדאי לבקר תכלס היה חופש נעים ואשמח לחזור שוב ...

Location, exudes luxury with luxury amenities, staff were so friendly namely saeed who gave us all the best spots to eat at and always welcomed us with a smile.

Breakfast was great. All staff were kind and helpful. Mr. Saeed in the reception made our stay more enjoyable with his warm greetings and smooth booking process. The view from the pool was amazing, there were two beaches, one beach on the sea and the other one on the lagoon and we had good time on both of them. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was luxurious.

There is a one pool for adults and kids in the main building, and i recommend to make an area for (adults only) so we’ll be able to calm our minds.

Not helping with luggage at the enterance, rather they focus on getting you x-ray screened together with your purse or kids bag any time you enter the facility as if it is was a prison, a government facility, or a military base, does not help with releiving your anxiety. The focus is crystal clear on getting you checked rather than welcoming you or helping you get in. Dirty Matress Smoke smell apparently from a previous stay though it is a nonsmokers room Kids club is very limited with no sliders or pool accessories.

Beautiful, clean, liv et lovely rooms and excellent breakfast.

It lacked a sparkle of energy from the staff. It was very nice and polite but could be more friendly and welcoming.

Die Suite war sehr schön und von der Größe optimal. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Das personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es wird sich sehr gut um einen gekümmert. Der spa Bereich ist schön.

Der kleine Pool Sehr viele Kinder -> sehr laut. Wir wollten uns entspannen, dies war nur begrenzt möglich Nur 1 von 3 Restaurants hatte offen. Ein absolutes no Go. Keine wirkliche Auswahl Frühstück ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Es geht zu viel auf dem Schlachtfeld. Viel zu laut. Viel zu viele Menschen auf viel zu wenig Platz. Hier beginnt der Morgen bereits mit Stress Auch hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass ich den Spa zusammen mit meinem Mann nutzen kann. (Leider nur getrennt möglich)

Accueil très sympathique de Saeed, qui a upgradé notre chambre, s’est occupé de notre journée plongée, nous a fourni une lunchbox etc…

Location, pool area, restaurant and chefs were excellent. The food was the best we had in Jordan during our whole trip! Some staff were excellent, Gladys who waited our table at night specifically. Beautiful decoration in the hotel, and it was very spacious. The communal areas smelled amazing!

Many of the staff were clearly training, and the service was slow as a result. That’s ok, as it is off season. But the expense for this hotel requires a better service. The system for check in was not working properly so Khaled photographed our passports on his phone instead of scanning them. We were then telephoned at 9:30pm to ask us to provide our passports for scanning. They cancelled the request when I explained.

Best hotel I ever stayed. Very nice comfortable room. We even got a free upgrade to a room with sea side view. Also breakfast had all options of food.

Fabulous hotel, the suite was amazing and so was the private pool. We had 24/7 support from one hotel staff, Karen, who was very friendly and took care of all of our preferences. The food was delicious, with lots of variety. The suite was exceptional, spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful view to the sea. We had a great time.

I will invite all workers and managers in all 5 stars hotels in Jordan , Turkey , UAE And all countries which i Visited to come and learn from Almanara Hotel staff...In all countries which I visited , I never found such Kindness and Services and Nice People and real Luxury ,Lots of Thanks for all Workers Specially To miss Ghofran And The Manager and Mr Shuaib and all staffs

Clean Hotell with friendly staff.

Exceptional throughout. Elegant furnishings and sumptuously comfortable bedrooms. We were especially impressed by the service by all members of staff who were polite accommodating and courteous. There was a wide range of foods available at both breakfast and lunch buffets which we thoroughly enjoyed. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Aqaba except at Al Manara and highly recommend this hotel to other visitors to the area.
