Very nice host, comfy & cozy apartment

We enjoyed the location of apartment, the size and furniture in it. It was so comfortable and we have everything that we need (and even more) during our living in it. Near apartment there is good supermarket, different cafes and transport station (bus stations is the nearest, but you can walk a bit and come to the metro station). Moreover, infrastructure of building and surroundings are great. And there are many sights (attractions) near it. And we really enjoy to have a talk and keep in touch to the owner of the apartment. Raül is kind man, who helped us, answered to questions and keep in touch via what’s app. We enjoyed to contact him too. We have spent brilliant time in Valencia, and in this apartment. Thank you 😊

Very comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with all necessary for stay. Near to beautiful park. Many restaurants and shops. Only 10-15 min to the beach (bus stop close to the apartments). Host is very nice and helpful person. I can recommend it!

Nice apartment with secure basement parking and only 30 minutes walk through the beautiful park which was once the old river into the centre of the old city. City hopper bus stop at the end of the street and easy walking distance to the spectacular new buildings.

Fantastic position. Nice welcome from host. Superb security for flats and the car.

There was no kettle. The coffee machine was Dolce Gusto which needed pods. The lights over the dining table kept flickering.
