It was not your typical stale hotel room. It was an adventure, unique and comfortable.

The location is prime for staying within the city itself. The owners are quick to respond.

The water pressure is not great and it could use a coffee pot in the room. It is better suited if you need a place to stay in Sterling for a few days. No frills but clean rooms.

I like it to be nice and quiet and it seemed like they spaced the people out so no one was next door to anyone else!

A little coffee machine would have been nice.

No direct contact with office and staff. which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but it’s nice to know someone would be there if something was wrong. also at first glance the area looked more like someone’s house.

This space was fantastic! It was very cozy and clean. As a traveler, rooms can be weird. I like the hardwood! And even though it was contactless, the hosts made up for it!

it’s very quiet, clean, small, great location. pretty garden in the center. We had a living room plus bedroom. So comfortable.

there’s a heavily used train train track nearby, but we enjoyed the sound and got used to it quickly. Added to the charm!

It was close to the places I needed to be close to. It was clean and they emptied the trash and brought new towels every day. Although I never saw the owners they were quick to respond to texts and accommodating.

The toilet continually ran and we shook the handle but it didn’t stop it. The water pressure in the sink was very low., so we had to wash our hands in the bathtub. Could hear kids running around but there was no second floor so not sure where it was coming from. Would have been nice to have a little coffee pot.

Good location and a quiet retreat. It was really clean. The shower was great. Kitchen appliances very helpful.

The hangers in the closet were hot used because of being too high to reach and the top of bed was to high to get into comfortably.

Needs updates. Old TV, sink and furniture.

I’m tall, so it wasn’t a problem for me, but for my 5’3” MIL the sink counter was probably 6” higher than standard, and the beautiful glass bowl-style sink sitting on top of it makes it higher. she could barely wash her hands.

Very cool, cute refurbished motel. Rooms have high end sink and shower. Remote control air conditioner. New TV. Just a great place to stay.

It was very clean, quaint and comfortable.

Water pressure was not good in the sink, and it took a long time to get hot water. A coffee maker would have been nice.

Really can't rate STAFF as it was a NO CONTACT check in & out...very convenient method. Awesome room decorated & updated in an older motel in residential neighborhood near business district. Outdoor lounging areas looked really comfortable.

Unique & pretty stone bathroom floor was very uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. No rug provided.

Homey setting, beautiful flowers on the grounds, great outdoor area to sit and enjoy evenings with friends and family.

Not being able to check in with someone, it’s all done via text. No ice machine
