We have been talking the whole way home about how relaxing this trip was! The book filled with all the info was great! We ate out 3 times and used the book to pick! Thank you for sharing with us! We all were the most relaxed we have ever been!! Took the boat out daily and scored some snapper, trout and Jack!

The goal of our visit was to give our daughter an opportunity to train dolphins in Key Largo for 2 days. She’s a college graduate and wants to move to Hawaii. So us as parents thought give her a chance to see what is was like there to have her a little closer to home. She fell in love with it and is applying for an internship 🥰 Highly recommend Dolphins Plus MMR. Our stay at Key Colony Beach was the best place on all the islands we visited in our opinion. Marks house was located right on the canal. The 1st night we sat on the deck we saw 2 spotted Eagle Ray, a 5’ shark, 2 manatee. Other nights were turtles, LOTS of iguanas, fish, pelicans and more. We definitely enjoyed the canal. Had a few minor issues but called the property manager and he quickly resolved them. The beaches were not desirable but were told that’s just seasonal. The seaweed was terrible making them not swimmable. (on most of the keys) We did goto Bahai Honda State Park to do a little snorkeling along (swam over a nurse shark) and John Pennekamp State Park but just waded in the water as they were to have crocodiles. Visited Key Largo 2 times. Once to do the Duval St. bar crawl-highly recommended and the other for sunset cruise. Also recommended. Went to Key Largo 2 times. Not recommended unless going to Dolphins Plus. Went on a diving/snorkeling trip with Captain Hook’s dive center in Big Pine Key. Favorite part of the whole trip. The reef was so beautiful and even saw a shark! Surprisingly was not scared. They’re very magestic. The best place to eat was Island Fish Co. the food/drinks were great and the sunset was the prettiest we saw! Porkey’s was also very good. I don’t know what I thought the Fl Keys were going to be like-maybe more like a Caribbean feel-it wasn’t. A little more rustic and rigid. Would we come back? Maybe. If our daughter gets a job in Key Largo who knows we might get a house there. Would we stay at Marks house again? ABSOLUTELY! Overall had a great time!

What a great place to stay. First time staying in Key Colony and will definitely be back again next year. You are close to everything; boat ramp, grocery stores, restaurants, & boat fuel location close by. The place was a perfect spot. Short boat ride to the ocean/bay side. great place for fishing/diving. Can't wait to come back again soon!

The 2bd 2bath fit us perfect. My husband, 17 year old son and 67 year old mother stayed the week very comfortable. The home is well maintained, it’s even decorated with a homie touch. The house was equipped with all our needs for a week of lobstering. From the cleaning table to the water hose and nozzle for cleaning. We will definitely be back.

We usually rent in Key Colony but first time in this home Tiki Time. House is clean and comfortable for the family. Enjoyed our time on the back patio/deck and Tiki Hut enjoyed the Cabana Club. Plenty of room to dock our boat and liked the bait freezer outside to keep our baits. Would definitely stay again

The property was very clean & comfortable inside. The outside tikii was awesome, but if you have a boat, the dock needs a little work. The middle post needs to be replaced since it s broken & cleats should be installed on all the posts. Also, we had to switch the hose with the hose in front of the house to be able to connect to the engines to clean salt water. We couldn' t separate the hose nozzle it was stuck on. My husbandf even bought a WD40 and it still would not seperate..

Great property with a lot of nice extras. We loved sitting and fishing off the back patio. We will definitley stay here again

Really enjoyed the location. It was very convenient. The manatee and pelicans added to the charm & experience. The home was comfortable and adequately stocked with amenities.

Florida Keys have the best weather in the country for winter

Property is in excellent location..close to tiki bars, beach, boating, restaurants and a great place to run or walk. we enjoyed coffee setting out first thing in the morning and night cap at your own tiki hut that over looks a pristine canal. there are palm trees with coconuts in the yard and two chase lounges if you want to lay out. The house was spacious and clean. Would def rent this place again...

Would definitely stay again, large boat dock and outdoor tiki area was great place to relax, the owner always answered any questions I had

We had an incredible time at Tiki Time! We spent many hours on the dock relaxing, eating, enjoying the stars, and watching the boats—definiately one of the nicest outdoor spaces on KCB. We were able to put kayaks in right off the dock. The duplex is very efficient and nice layout with the kitchen, dining, living room all open. Beds very comfortable. We would love to return!

This was such a cute, clean, and quiet stay that was absolutely perfect for our small group! We had days we relaxed right at the condo and days we went out to explore and it was a perfect location for both!! A must stay and a definite return! Thank you for everything, we truly enjoyed the 30th birthday celebration :)

This rental easily accommodated the needs of our family of 4, included two teens. We had a wonderful stay and had access to absolutely everything we needed. We were able to tie up our boat rental right outside along the canal, which made boating from our place every day a breeze. We would definitely return to this well-stocked, accessible, comfortable and clean rental. We all enjoyed taking our fresh caught fish to the Key Colony Inn Restaurant many evenings, where you can have them cook your fish to your liking. Further, we were impressed with rental management, who proactively replaced the full size, faulty refrigerator before we even knew it was not working properly! Thank you! We felt comfortable, safe, and were easily able to socially distance during our stay during the pandemic. Thank you for allowing our family to build wonderful memories here. We are grateful!

Rented a boat for the week, dock was perfect. We never needed masks because we were able to be on the water the entire week. Great fishing, scuba, and snorkeling. We will return. Accommodations were perfectly represented and exceeded expectations!

Mark Benton was great to work with. Seamless rental, move in and move out and pleasant. Wonderful community. We loved watching the boats go by our home, watching pelicans playing in the water, loved sunset island sunsets with our community, Sunday night concert in the park, Tuesday nights at the pool with a DJ, the restaurants. We just loved our Key Colony life for 2 weeks. It is truly a paradise. Thank you Mark for sharing your wonderful home.

This property was nicer than I ever expected!! My family was extremely impressed with my Christmas “surprise”!! We are a family of 5. Our kids are 15, 19 & 21. Everyone slept very comfortable. My daughter slept on the couch fine. What a wonderful community with everything the keys has to offer at our disposal. We went deep-sea fishing and snorkeling. We made lifelong friends with neighbors that checked in on the same day! Having access to the cabana was huge! We were there every day! When we go back, I will definitely make the same arrangements!! I would highly recommend this home to everyone!

This was our first visit to the Florida Keys and we loved it! The house was perfect for our stay. We seen sharks, a manatee and my husband caught some fish from the dock. Thanks so much for the use of your beautiful home.

Thank you so very much for such an enjoyable stay. The Tiki Time property is way past outstanding, this is by far one of the nicest properties i have ever stayed at. This is the second time my wife and i have stayed and it is our favorite place to stay in Key Colony Beach.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at this property. Having the club to use was an extra bonus. We enjoyed the pool and the private beach. We were close to Marathon so there were many restaurants to choose from and also activities that we did. We did deep sea fishing and a kayaking tour. One day we drove to Key West as well. We would highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather was beautiful and the home was perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed and it was great that previous visitors left non-perishables for future visitors. We will be back!!

Nice unit on canal within Key Colony Beach. Quiet, very clean, well equipped kitchen. We loved the amenities especially being able to use their community pool and beach access! Great location! Would highly recommend and definitely use again if we ever return to the Keys. Even saw a Manatee swim by while drinking coffee in Tiki hut and 2 iguanas posing for us on deck also. Tiki Time had everything we needed for our family getaway. We enjoyed our morning coffee and our evening glass of wine under the Tiki hut by the water. It was easy to climb aboard our rented boat and cruise the ocean for fishing and the community waterways to look at the beautiful homes. The owner was wonderful and answered our communications quickly. The community gathered at the beach in the evenings for the sunsets and made everyone feel welcomed. We would highly recommend this home for a vacation.

I loved this home. It had everything we wanted. Sunset park was wonderful and unexpected. I had never stayed on a canal before and found it to be so peaceful watching the the boats and birds pass by. The owner was great and we had no problems. I will stay here again.

My wife and I just spent 7 perfect days at the Tiki Time property. The home is extremely well kept and in perfect condition, there is literally nothing wrong with this place. Everytime we vacation in the Keys going forward we will be spending it here. Havng the outside Tiki Hut and bikes available was just icing on the cake. Having the Key Colony Beach Club access was also a super nice feature

Tiki Time was everything I expected it to be. Sparkling clean. We enjoyed our stay very much, even though I was sick with a sinus infection the whole time we were there. It was quiet and peaceful. Just the perfect place to relax and get away from everything. We did not venture out to much, but would recommend this place to anyone. I would love to go back one day when I wasn't so sick, so we could have explored all the keys a little more. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay so much we made a reservation for 2019! Tiki Time was perfect and supplied everything we needed. It was spacious and clean and we spent most of our evenings sitting outside by the canal under the Tiki. The dolphin fishing was great. We used the grill that was available for our use. The location allows easy access to several area attractions. Visited the Dolphin Research Center. Enjoyed dinner at Key Colony Inn, some of our group went swimming at the Cabana Club. We especially enjoyed viewing the sunset from the park in Key Colony Beach. We highly recommend this vacation property. The owners were very accommodating.

Tiki time 2 had everything we needed for our stay in Key Colony. Clean, nice dock for our 30’ boat, easy access to Atlantic or gulf via vaca cut. Nice neighbors and all amenities of Key Colony. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and no issues during our week stay in June 2018. We will return for another visit!! Thanks for sharing property with us!!!!
