Passámos uns dias muito agradáveis na Casa Viana. A casa precisa de alguma renovação, não obstante, é uma casa boa casa, situada num sítio lindíssimo. A piscina é excelente. A proprietária foi bastante simpática e prestável, tentando colmatar de imediato, algumas pequenas falhas que apontámos.

Nous avons apprécié l aménagement de la maison et les environs. Le secteur est calme et c est ce que nous recherchions. La piscine est extra (même si l accès à l arrière de la maison n’est pas optimal). Bémol pour l adolescent qui nous accompagnait: la mauvaise qualité de la connexion internet. We enjoyed our stay in this good sized 3 bed villa, the pool is large, with a separate room by the pool for sitting or changing, this room also had a fridge so you can stay by the pool and have cold drinks. There is also a toilet and shower room by the pool, as well as the bbq area. Although smoking is allowed the rooms did not smell at all. There are fans provided, and we did need to use these for some of the warmer nights. The villa is in a very quiet area, and we walked into the main town area most nights for meals, this walk takes around 40 minutes (it's useful to take a map with you, I took images from google earth). There is a small supermarket around 15 minutes walk away, and also there are some restaurants within 15 minutes walk if you don't want to walk into the main town. If you have a car then the villa is even more ideal. As no one had rented the villa the day before we arrived we were allowed in early, and the fridge had been stocked with milk, cheese, butter, water, and bread had been provided, this was really welcomed and was an unexpected bonus. The maid attended most days, and the pool was cleaned at least twice during our 10 day stay. The wifi signal wasn't always that strong, but we did manage to watch tv programmes most mornings and evenings via the Amazon firestick that we took with us. Plenty of towels were provided, including pool towels, and there were 6 sunloungers as well as other seating and tables. This is a good value villa, the only negative would be the lack of air conditioning, but that is reflected in the price.

Una casa perfecta para desconectar y relajarse! Ana Sofia estuvo atenta en todo momento y la casa esta perfectamente equipada. Sin ninguna duda, recomendaría este alojamiento

Lovely stay. Ana let us check in a bit early which meant we could get our chores done early before spending the rest of the week sightseeing, going to different beaches and watching the might Luton Town beat Maritimo (pure coincidence they were nearby at the same time as us). Nice local restaurants. Cheap can to Ferragudo. And the BBQ got a lot of use cooking local fish. Great views from the terraces but also nice and secluded by the pool. And the support of Ana's maid was great. Would highly recommend Ana's place.

Una casa con muchas comodidades y limpia

Une zone calme, pour se reposer parfait, proche de toutes les plages ! La maison devrait être rafraîchie, le mobilier est ancien, La TV à part les chaîne portugaise, Manque la climatisation, lave vaisselle, Pas assez de couverts si vous invitez des amis, Remonter trop souvent odeurs des égouts Le plus le barbecue et la piscine !!

Wir hatten das Haus zu viert gebucht. Die Anlage ist sehr schön & gepflegt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Stern Abzug gibt's für die teilweise alten Schränke. Aufgrund eines unangenehmen Geruchs konnten die Klamotten nicht in die Schränke eingeräumt werden. Da man die meiste Zeit draußen ist war dies für uns jedoch wenig störend. Der Kontakt zu Ana war super. Schnell erreichbar und immer hilfreich. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Urlaub. :)

Villa agréable et très bien situé nous avons passé de belles vacances mais il faudrait revoir l'installation électrique ainsi que l'évacuation des eaux usées (remontées d'odeurs ). Cette location sera très bien pour passer d'excellentes vacances après ces vérifications.

Tres belle maison très agréable identique aux photos présenté. Endroit calme séjour très agréable je recommande cet endroit

Location superbe, très bien entretenue. L'intérieur moderne et le jardin magnifique... Femme de ménage tout les jours (très gentille) et deux fois par semaines l'entretien de piscine. Je recommande cette location. Endroit très calme.
