In den begehrten, privaten Meadow View Farms Estates gegenüber dem Farm Neck Golf Club in Oak Bluffs erwartet Sie dieses kürzlich renovierte, ruhige Anwesen mit 4 Schlafzimmern. Das Hotel liegt zentral am Radweg und an der Busroute. Es ist nur eine kurze Strecke von den Hauptstraßen nach Aquinnah oder nach Edgartown entfernt und in der Nähe der Fähren Oak Bluffs oder Vineyard Haven sowie der nahe gelegenen Strände. Innerhalb der Gemeinde gibt es Wander- / Joggingwege und neu gestaltete Tennisplätze.
Unser Haus selbst ist eine friedliche Inselresidenz mit neuen Möbeln - eine Mischung aus Arhaus, Safavieh, Antiquitäten und anderen persönlichen Details, damit Sie sich bei Ihrer Ankunft wie zu Hause fühlen und sich auf der Insel fühlen. Es gibt einen großen Fluss für die Unterhaltung vom Wohnraum zum einladenden Deck und zur abgeschirmten Veranda mit Blick auf einen großen Rasen und ein kinderfreundliches, professionell gebautes Baumhaus. Ältere Bäume und attraktive Stauden umgeben das Ganze.
Vier Schlafzimmer bieten bequem Platz für 8 Personen. Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit eigenem Vollbad (mit Dusche / Badewanne). Zweiter Stock verfügt über drei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer (Queen, Queen und zwei Einzelbetten) und ein zweites Vollbad (mit Dusche / Badewanne).
Neu renovierte Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Der Keller wurde ebenfalls gerade fertiggestellt und verfügt über einen Billardtisch, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher, einen separaten Waschraum und ein halbes Badezimmer

My family and I truly enjoyed our week at this beautiful house! We were able to settle in very quickly and we had plenty of space for 8 people. Jon and Teresa were very responsive to our questions and put a lot of thought into ensuring that we had what we needed for a very comfortable stay. We will be back’

Had a wonderful time. Everything you could possible need was on hand. Backyard screened-in porch was fantastic. Access to pickleball/tennis courts was a bonus. Would definitely rent this property again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Very cozy, yet spacious home for the five of us - the house was big enough that we did not feel like we were on top of one another. The outside was an added bonus with additional living spaces perfect for breakfast on the deck and great conversations accompanied with great music on the enclosed porch. Loved the location of the home with a private driveway, huge backyard wonderfully maintained. Communication with the host easy and responsive - perfect hosts. This experience allowed us to celebrate a special birthday and reconnect individually and collectively. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was very clean upon check in. Location was ideal for me as we were five minutes from family. Able to get around the island easily from this location. House is in a quiet neighborhood, and we were able to see a few turkeys and deer. Checking out was easy and convenient. I would stay at this house again in the future.

Everything about this stay was perfect from end to end. Jonathan is a fantastic communicator and incredibly responsive. The house is BEAUTIFUL, in a convenient location, well stocked with the cooking/entertaining essentials to make it feel like home, and very cozy. My family and I could not have enjoyed our stay home. Massive thanks to Jonathan and Teresa for sharing their wonderful space!

It's a really lovely home, well decorated and comfortable. This would be an ideal spot for a larger family group staying for a lengthy period. There are various gathering spots for the entire group, or for smaller groups, even areas where you can get away by yourself if desired.
Pool table in basement, treehouse out back, screened in porch, two different tv/family grouping areas. Limited seating at inside dining table, but very nice table out back for times when weather is good.

We enjoyed our stay with no downsides. Everything we could imagine needing for a 2 week vacation was already there, clean and organized for our liking. The check-in process was seamless along with great follow-up communication throughout our stay. We'd book this stay time and time again.

I absolutely loved my stay. The house exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for me and my family to stay at for my son’s wedding. Plenty of room, clean and updated. The location was perfect too. I’ve never been MV before. I loved it and will be back. I will definitely rent this house again. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely home in a nice setting. It has a big backyard. It is close to the bike path which is very convenient for us. This is our second year renting this house and it feels like home.

The property is exactly as advertised, with an additional coziness hard to convey in photos. The screened porch is magical and well-appointed, with fairy lights and soft lamplight. The furniture is comfortable and not fussy. Thoughtful touches, such as high quality hand soaps and dish soap, in-house phone/electronics chargers and beach items were noted and much appreciated.
The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well-stocked with necessities upon our arrival. The kitchen had cute serving things for impromptu dinner parties and cocktails with friends. My only suggestion is that because it is very deep woodsy and private there were spiders and a perimeter treatment is needed.
Owner and also the caretaker were very friendly, accommodating and communicative. Friends who visited for dinner also noted the beauty of the yard and the property. Very comfortable for our 4 adults and three teens and no one tripped over each other. Also, despite prior reviews about the basement, we had no such issues. It was spotless, no odors, the bathroom was cute and the pool table and tv/futon space was perfect for our teen boys (17 and 14). I would definitely love to return!

We loved our stay at Jonathan and Theresa's property! The screen house, back deck, and yard saw a lot of action in the mornings and after our beach days, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking at home. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with huge closets and the living space was perfect for our group. Our grandson especially loved staying in the basement rec room. Having plenty of beach chairs, toys, coolers, and towels made our packing so much easier than bringing all that over on the ferry. We will be looking to return for sure =)

The house was perfect. Level access bedroom for grandparents, twin room for the children and a wonderful open yard filled with a bunch of fun yard games. The house is stocked with everything you need. The location is wonderful to explore the island by car or by bike as its right on the bike path. Owners were extremely responsive and provided wonderful additional recommendations to meet our needs.

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by green space. When we arrived there was a strong mildew smell that never completely went away. The house took a good 24 to heat to 71 degrees but the heat and the smells of cooking helped to mask the odor. The owners were quick to respond to our concern and questions. We did not know until we completed the rental that linens and towels were not included. This would have been nice to know upfront. The home is lovely and well cared for. There are spaces to have alone time and time together which make this home quite unique.

The house was in a beautiful location with gorgeous a wooded yard. It was perfect for our group who was attending a wedding. The screened-in porch was a nice place to gather and relax especially in the mornings for a cup of coffee. The location was close to the wedding and the cute town of Oak Bluffs. Nothing was too far away to explore. There were 7 of us and it was big enough for all of us. Our master bed was very comfortable despite a little creakiness. I wish we could have stayed there longer.

Great rental property in a convenient location close to Oak Bluffs, State Beach, and Edgartown. Comfortable and clean, four large bedrooms, perfect basement for kids (except the basement could really use AC). The backyard and screen porch are awesome - you can't find a larger outdoor space in this price range. The challenge with this home is the small kitchen but overall a lovely place to spend a week on the island. And Jon and Teresa were spectacular hosts, great communication!

This home was beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The house felt spacious and airy. There are lovely places to sit outside on the large deck, yard, and pretty screened porch.
The owners are always available if needed and very pleasant.

My 20-year-old son, elderly parents, and I had a wonderful four-night stay here in late September. The house is perfectly comfortable, well-appointed, quiet, private, and conveniently located to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, and Edgartown. We loved the screened-in porch and breakfast on the back deck. Wild deer and turkeys visited us in the backyard. Everything was as advertised, and communication with the owners was excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. A few nitpicks: Bathrooms are small. We stayed out of the furnished basement, which has a pool table and giant TV, because of a slightly funky smell; we probably just needed to run the dehumidifier for a while. Neither of these issues diminished the quality of our experience at all. Would happily return.

Jonathan and Teresa were very helpful throughout the entire planning process. They communicated with me on places to visit, reservations ideas for birthday, and assisted the entire stay. Family visited home and stated home was cozy and full of activities. They had multiple games in the home. The backyard had badminton. It was excellent stay, everything was clean and tidy. Thank you Jonathan for the ideas. This was a perfect birthday weekend turned engagement!

The house is perfect for a small family or an intimate gathering of friends. Everything is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The owners were a true pleasure to work with. My one and only suggestion would be for a TV in the main floor master BR. When traveling with kids sometimes the adults get tired of watching Dora. But we LOVED the access to Netflix!! No matter what it was a 5 star experience. Thank you again for opening your home to my family.

This clean, well-maintained home was everything we could have hoped for and more for a three-generation family retreat - on the bike path and with easy access to all parts of the Vineyard. The bedrooms are good sizes, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The family space is perfect for spending time together. The screened porch has comfortable seating for all. The backyard is great -shower, deck, grill, hammock, badminton net and tree house with plenty of room left to play. The house has all the supplies we needed for a day at the beach or a trip to the development's tennis courts. The owners and caretakers were immediately responsive to any questions or needs we had. We hope to return and have already recommended this house to friends.

The house was located in a peaceful and private setting, yet close enough to Oak Bluffs Center to ride a bike to and actually close to Edgartown as well. The property has a wonderful back yard well stocked with outdoor activities that we enjoyed every night. There is also access to tennis courts. It was so nice to come back there after a day at the beach or visiting the many charming towns in MV. The house itself was immaculate and the owner was very conscientious in providing us with information regarding the property, directions, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return next summer.

Wonderful quiet get away a short drive from downtown Oak Bluffs. The house is decorated so you feel like you are at a classy but comfortable beach bungalow. My friends and I particularly enjoyed the deck and backyard with a hammock, treehouse, grill and lawn games. The kitchen is small but has all the amenities you need. Beach towels are included but sheets and bath towels are not so bring your own or rent through a linen service on the island.
The owners were responsive and kind, answering any questions we had. Looking forward to renting this home again!
