We could not have asked for a better person ro rent from than Oliver. He truly took care of us this week. He has such a amazing place to stay, so if you are looking to stay on AMI look here. You wont be disappointed.

This property has everything you know you want, and will surprise you with the things you hadn't thought of! First: the house -it's beautiful with (literally) everything you need. Immaculate! Second: the porch and dock - it was hard to peel ourselves away for the short walk to the beach (and we're beach people!). From watching the abundant manatees, to taking in the beautiful vista from the perfect outdoor furnishings, to kayaking around the inlet - it was a slice of paradise. The house is one block to the most beautiful, wide beach with crystal clear aqua water. It is also an easy bike ride or golf cart trip into the more bustling pace of the Anna Maria downtown. This house had everything we wanted and more - with the additional bonus of a super-responsive and accommodating owner who was just a short text or call away if we needed him. Our only regret is not coming sooner - and if we're lucky enough to come back to Anna Maria, we know exactly where we're staying. We wouldn't even dream of another place!

The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location!! The house is on a canal and a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and grocery store close by! Oliver was wonderful to work with and checked in on us via text. I highly recommend this home and we will be back!

We had a lovely stay. It’s a well furnished home sited on the water at the edge of a canal. It’s also just a few steps to a gorgeous beach with amazing sunset views. It’s very well equipped. The owner has thought of everything. The two decks overlooking the water offer a great spot to read, sun and have a toast.

We have stayed here multiple times in the last several years. It is a top notched property in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view of canal. Owner is very responsive and checks in to make sure everything is ok. Hope to return next year.

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay!
This property was everything it advertised and so much more! This was our 1st time staying in Anna Maria Island and I can truly say it won’t be our last! My favorite part of this house was just sitting with my cup of coffee or glass of wine on balcony and looking at that stunning view! I loved watching the boats coming and going, loved seeing the Manatee come close to our dock, loved watching my kids kayaking right out from dock while I sat on the balcony! The owner Oliver kept in touch with me before we even arrived to his home to make sure we had an easy arrival and continued to reach out to me throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and make sure everything was good for us! The house was very clean on inside and everything was up to date! The house was decorated very nice and new! I felt very comfortable and at home from the moment I walked in! Master bedroom has a king bed and is comfortable! Master bath connected to room was very nice and I’m definitely getting a shower head like that one when I get home! So relaxing! Second bedroom was a queen and comfortable also! 2nd Bathroom very nice also! Kitchen was all up to date appliances and had everything we needed and more! Overall this was a wonderful property and we will definitely stay here again !

We stayed 2 weeks in Holmes Beach. The property is a perfect location. It is so close to the beach, water, restaurants, grocery. The home was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Favorite house on AMI
This was our 3rd stay at Oliver’s place which says it all. He has a beautiful home that has everything you need. Bathrooms are updated and beds are comfortable. We absolutely love sitting on his deck overlooking the water watching the manatees, herons and egrets. We had fun using his kayaks. The location is perfect….on the bay, close to the grocery store, but well off the main road. Oliver ensures you have a very comfortable stay and is responsive to any questions. Wonderful Place to Stay
Enjoyed our 4 week stay (March) at this ulra-clean well-equipped home in Holmes Beach. Amazingly quiet even though it is only a block away from the busiest road in town. The less than 5 minute walk to the 45th St beach entrance was made even easier with the beach wagon to hold the chairs toys, etc provided by owner. Beach is beautiful and uncrowded. Home has a cook's kitchen with nice appliances and ample cooking stuff. 2 well-furnished outdoor seating areas on different levels feature great views of the bay. Made use of the several kayaks to go exploring and loved seeing the resident family of manatees up close ( several feet away close) that were around almost every day of our stay. Also, had close encounters with osprey, great blue herons, parrots, and other assorted bird-life. Beds were comfortable and the huge great room overlooking the canal was perfect. Nothing but good things to say about this home.

Buena Vista
Buena Vista was a great home with a beautiful view of a small harbor on Tampa Bay. And only a three minute walk to the beach on the Gulf. This was our second time there in part because Oliver was so nice and attentive and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to returning next year to "our home away from home".

This is our 4th stay at this property. We enjoy the house immensely as well as the surrounding neighborhood/area. Oliver, the owner, is very responsive and wants to ensure that everything is up to expectations; he is continually making improvements to the property to make it better. We plan on returning next year.

We couldn’t of had a better place to stay. Located central on the island you have the inter coastal in the backyard and the beach is just across the street. We kept our boat right behind the house at the dock. The house was clean and perfectly set up. The kitchen has everything you need plus plus. The views are amazing. We enjoyed watching the family of manatees in the canal from the rocking chairs on the balcony. Oliver is an exceptional host and we can’t wait to come back.

The walk was shorter than I expected- 3 or 4 minutes- and we found it easier than exiting a high rise condo and waiting for an elevator. There’s a beautiful path to beach access and plenty of space even if you get there later in the day.
The place was perfectly clean and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. There are lots of little touches that make it feel like home. We had spices, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and much more provided. The washer and dryer were great. Use the timed setting on the dryer if you stay. We will stay here again if we can make it happen. This was the best rental ever!

There was dead grass 100 yards long and 50 yards wide. It was due to a strong East wind.
We chose this property for the dock and Fishing but you could use neither due to all the dead grass. It smelled and it burns your eyes. I feel like we should have been warned before we showed up. Loved the floor plan of the house.

Waterfront Holmes Beach Property
Great house. Million dollar view of inlet/harbor. Three minute walk to the gulf and beach. Kayaks were great. Kitchen is well appointed; garage is a convenient place to store beach gear. Minor quibble: the tv remote in the main room didn't work and seemed outdated. But we didnt visit AMI to watch TV. :}

Beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Appliances and kitchen items were plentiful and top quality. The owner was very attentive and accommodating to our questions and early check in. watching the manatees swim in the bay from the balcony was a special experience that we won’t forget! This location was different than our usual but we were glad we stayed in this comfy beautiful home!

Another wonderful month
We are two active senior couples and this is our third year enjoying this lovely home for a month. I must say we feel very fortunate to have found this home and to work with the owner, Oliver. Everything is as described and pictured. We did not have to bring anything but our food, clothes and fishing rods. All else is supplied. We love the back deck with rocking chairs and overlooking the inlet. Holmes beach is perfect and just a short walk away. Thanks again for sharing your

Waterfront home
Wow. What a view! A really lovely place to be no matter the weather. The house, setting and furnishings were beautiful and well-kept. During the month the toaster went bad and the owners replaced it pronto and this was typical of the friendly service they provided. Quality house… Quality owners. We only wished we could have stayed longer!
