Perfect well kept-up home away from home for me while I had a meeting at one of the nearby university. It is on a street between the universities. Close to hospitals and down town as well as hospitals. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

My wife and brother-in-law stayed here one night in May. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions and we had a very nice time.

I didn’t read the fine print very well so didn’t realize there was no soap or shampoo to shower with. I have not had to supply this in a VRBO for years. Since there is no central air, it would be much more comfortable if the second bedroom had a ceiling fan.

Rob’s house was perfect for my husband, seven year old son and me. We really appreciated the extra blankets to cover up with while we watched tv and the bowl of snacks that my husband and son devoured (sorry! They don’t get stuff like that often so they went a little wild). We appreciated the ease of check in and out and the proximity to everything in town. Wild stay here again!

This house was perfect for a recent stay in Dubuque. The house was clean and comfortable and so much better than a hotel. I saw an earlier comment about traffic noise and there is some of that but I am renting in a city, not rural location and it was nothing unusual in my opinion. The house is well equipped with towels and all kitchen items necessary for a comfortable stay. The complimentary coffee was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to Dubuque.

It was a very nice little house. Perfect for the 4 of us. Would have been nice if the extra bedroom had its own window a/c unit or at least a ceiling fan. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Would absolutely come back if we are in the area.

My sister and I grew up in Dubuque. We stayed at this lovely house while having a nostalgic weekend in our old hometown. The house had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. Well appointed and pictures are accurate. I must say it was one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few in the US and abroad. Would highly recommend and if I ever get back to Dubuque I would definitely stay here again.

Great property for a quick little getaway. My husband and I took the smaller room and bed because it would have been to high for my 82 year old mother to get into. The bed was fine but cumbersome when needing to get up to use the restroom during the night. The bed is pushed up against the wall making it difficult to get in and out of. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!

This place was exactly what we needed for an affordable, clean place to stay while in town for a wedding. Everything was clean, functional and comfortable! Perfect for small families.

This was my third trip to Dubuque this year and so far this is the place I've liked best. It was cozy, very clean, decorated cutely, and had many thoughtful touches that I appreciated including board games, a nicely outfitted kitchen, extra blankets, a welcome binder, a covered car port, and most importantly grab bars in the shower, as I was traveling with my mother. Easy and convenient drive to many Dubuque attractions — botanical garden/arboretum, downtown history district, etc. Near a few colleges, too. It is on a street with busy traffic during the day, but I didn't notice it at night (or maybe I just slept well because we did so much during the day!). The owners mentioned trying to make small improvements as often as they are able, with a backyard deck on the to-do list, and when we were there, some landscaping was being added along the front. It seems like they put a lot of care into the place.

Affordable for us to stay for the weekend with 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice little house with plenty of amenities! Stocked with supplies and comfortable beds. I am picky about pillows and they were awesome!

A small and quaint house in a great location for easy access to great dining and a day in Galena. This cozy little home is also great to just hang out in. It's very clean and affordable. Very pleased to have stayed here for the weekend.
