The only luxury that I found was the quietness and the proximity to the lake makes an awesome spot to watch the auroras, which I could even see in a day without major activity. Staff provided me some snow shoes so I could go walk around! Con: There's nothing around. Pro: There's nothing around.

Wonderful host. The lady picked me up from bus station to prevent 30-min walking under the snow. Not once, but twice! She has lovely smile and kindest heart. Nice location. Next to Ukonjarvi lake where you can see aurora. (3min walking) The room itself was lovely, small but sufficient with private bathroom and toilet, fridge, microwave, kettle, also hair dryer. Then they have kitchen right in the back where you can make the whole restaurant. Very warm and cozy.

Good location.

No kitchen equipment in the village. Two pots and it's all. It was rainy, and in our room were very wet.

we had a room, which was very hot and humid. unfortunately, there were no mosquito nets on the windows, so we couldn’t open them to get any fresh air as there was an army of mosquitos swarming in within seconds

I was surprise to find the cabin well equipped (kettle, fridge, coffee maker, one cooking plate) and even with running cold water. Did not expect it.

The toilet was a bit far away, so when in a rush you might not make it ;-) Better plan ahead. Also I saw only one shower where the water was not running away properly.

Great localisation. wonderful lake and sunsets! great place for campers! Fireplace. Sauna. Close to two National parks.

The room could be more spaceful, no wardrobe.

Wow - what a surprise! This "campground" is a little off the main road, located at a lake. I booked a cabin for 35 EUR/night and I got a cabin right at the lake shore, with coffeemaker, fridge, huge panoramic window, big table in front of the window, little balcony with chairs. Super fast internet in the cabin, sauna only 100 m from the cabin (you have to reserve it though). As I work remotely from time to time, this was the perfect spot!

The room was clean and nice. I really liked that we could use a common kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer. The location was fantastic. Just a minute from beautiful lake.
