The room is nice and clean. I'd say it's a decent size for a hotel in a city in Japan, not large, but we can stay comfortably. Well equipped. Close to department stores, restaurants, and JR/subway station.

i was put in this room at the very end of the corridor. so i must walk so far to get to the lift. plus the corridor is a bit dark at night.

location is great near the main Osaka station which is convenient if you want to travel around Osaka and cities around there.

They refused to make hotel reservations outside the hotel which is so unprofessional and I’ve never had that experience elsewhere. The hotel has only one restaurant and is always closed. Japan restaurant is not easy to book due to the lack of English language reservation system.

Location was great. Room size

The facility is but old even though the lobby is super chique and new. My room definitely didnt come up to that expectation.

Easy check out, the bar with small packs of facial products and daily wash are free to use.

Although the cleaner did not make any noise when they were cleaning, but they placed the trash bags on the doorway when we walked past for breakfast, It was not nice.

Absolutely loved this hotel, location was great. Very close to the shops and especially convenient stores.

The bathroom was pretty tight.

Location and staff is great

Room is old n dusty. Cough all the time due to excess dust in room. Temperature in room was too hot. Security is not as good because anyone can just wait at the lift and have access to any level.
