easy to park, easy to access, nice service, clean

Room was very clean! Also price-quality was very nice. We liked the little breakfast. Room was small, but it has everything you need. It was quiet, away from the center of Peschiera.

Our room was large with lovely balcony overlooking the canal. everything was extremely clean. The owner Federico went out of his way to make us comfortable including collecting us from the train station. Hôtel next door had a restaurant and bike hire. Breakfast was excellent with good selection.

Quite a long walk from town as we had no car and some road noise from nearby road and motorway

The breakfast was lovely. Good shower pressure. The proprietors went out of their way to resolve a transport issue for us in the morning and we are very grateful to them.

Keylock entry: the lack of human contact on arrival was disconcerting. A bit scary to return to a dark building at 10pm as it's out of town and near motorway junctions.

Value for money was good. Our room also had a huge balcony/terrace, which was definitely the highlight we had not expected to have. Facilities are basic, but all main things were there, corresponding to the description. Wouldn't stay there for a week perhaps (though depends on the budget available) but for 2-3 nights is certainly a good value for money. Breakfast basic but totally enough (Italian style though = mostly sweet carbs). Mind that there is a bit of walking to get to the very centre of the Old City (circa 20 min on foot) but we knew it beforehand from the description & map, so that was not a surprise and the route to the Old City is really nice and enjoyable.

Shower had a slight tendency of detaining water but didn't turn into a serious issue.

When I was calling to say I was already there the owner or person who worked thereonly took a view minutes to arrive. It was clean, the windows were sound proof the AC worked and the bed was okay. The room itself looked like from the 90s, but I knew that form the pictures. Everyone was very friendly! It is "only" 8 because the beds and furniture could be newer and the room was huge with lovely high wooden selling. But for what I paid I really can't complain.
