Nice house, quiet neighborhood, place to park

Could be cleaner...

Had a couple of nights stay at this property. It was very basic, but everything you need was there, it’s air conditioned, which was massive help with it being 45 degrees outside. The location of this property is very good, it was only 15 min walk for the place I needed to be, about a mile to the city center, shops around, plus a very nice and cheap local cuisine restaurant. The host was absolutely brilliant, very good friendly communication, let me check in much earlier than if was supposed to be, send the location, explained what’s around. Would happily stay there again.

Nice apartments and great location. 2 min from bus station. Much space inside, all needed facilities. Very pleasant and accommodating host and great communication! He even offered to give us a ride to the airport even though we had a very early departure. Thank you very much! We really appreciate it and would recommend staying at this apartment!

This is a cheap accommodation option, so only basic needs can be estimated. All basic needs are available, such as a hot shower, a bed, air conditioning, a refrigerator. Good location for those who leave from the bus or railway station. Friendly host personally met upon arrival.

A little better cleaning, teaspoons, a shower holder are missing from the maximum rating. I suspect that the air conditioner filter has not been changed for a long time. For the last month of my wanderings, only here I was tormented by a cough, which is why I used the air conditioner in a dosed manner. Perhaps it's just a coincidence.

We only stayed for two nights. However, the apartment has everything you need, is cozy and comfortable. A big plus is the silent neighbourhood - we slept like babies :) The host was very responsive, helpful and even drove us to the airport for a little extra money!

Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it is not super bright and the access by walking from the bus station is currently somewhat complicated since the entire road is a big construction site at the moment. A little inconvenient when you are with luggage on wheels.

Excellent location, close to train and bus stations. Not far from the city center. The apartments have everything, that I need, air conditioning also works as a heater.

Wifi didn't work

Cozy room with all basic facilities. Located centrally in the city with bus/train stations nearby and few supermarkets around. Host is very nice person and always available to help.

Dim lighting in all the rooms, bathroom (shower) floor is made with the wrong angle and the water does not go down the drain.

Was a transition /stop for us. Very good value cost wise. The man at arrival was very nice he even printed off some tickets we had forgotten to do.

it is in a central place

amazing value for money - spacious, balcony with lovely view of sunset, very close to railway bus station and town, kitchen, hot water, dining table, comfortable bed, TV, and all the little details like slippers & toiletries.

cold inside, the heat pump was pretty gutless. easy to fix with a jersey and some socks

Convenient location, comfortable bed, good shower, and towels and a kettle provided. The host was lovely welcoming me in too! Did the job I wanted and allowed me a good couple of days to explore Podgorica :)

A bit of a funky smell - the place felt like it needed a deep clean and the kettle definitely needed a clean before I used it. A fair amount of traffic going past the window (to the train station I assume), which I was fine with :) but something to consider if you're a light sleeper!

I only like clean toilet and the perfect location and ofcourse, the accommodating owner .

The bed and the mattress are not clean, heater are not working.
