Great house with incredible views throughout. House was clean, bedrooms had lots of space and living room/kitchen views were spectacular. Easy to leverage the outside with two Adirondack chairs and a dining table outside facing the water along, and a deck on the second level. Kathy is an exceptional host-- accommodating and excellent communication. We will definitely return.

The hosts took care of everything and just allowed us to enjoy our stay completely.

My sister and I really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. The proximity to local shops and restaurants ensured we made the most of our first visit to Maine. Perfect location with great views and an unbelievable view! Definitely recommend this one for a family or a couple of couples! Queen downstairs and Queen master upstairs along way to 2 more double twin rooms.

This is our second time staying at this lovely beach house. It is minutes by foot to Gooch Beach, elegant and airy, and has beautiful views of the ocean. The host is thoughtful, quick to respond, and accommodating. We hope to visit again!

Our stay was incredible, with a very short drive to downtown Kennebunkport our Christmas Prelude experience was a breeze. The beachside location and the beautiful property (lighted Christmas tree included) only made our trip even more magical.

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and the home is clean, well appointed with an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful Kennebunkport Maine. The owners allow pets, which was wonderful as we love to travel with our dog. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home, and the hosts are! Will definitely be returning again.

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this home and loved it. The home itself is very clean and had everything we needed. The location is a dream. The front yard and upstairs balcony are the perfect spots to sit and start or end the day. The home is a very short drive or a beautiful walk to the shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Waking to clean salt air, the soft sounds of waves crashing and gulls in the sunshine was wonderful. The water is just across the street and all of the amenities, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation/wedding getaway. We loved waking to the sound of the ocean and took many long walks along the beach. The house was exactly as described and you’ll love the quint beach house feel!

Comfy, quaint beach house across the street from the ocean with a full balcony and chairs that face the water-it was the perfect place to destress and bond with family! The place is no frills but extremely functional -large dining table for eating with family, functional kitchen with everything you need to cook, and comfy sofa. The house was very clean, and there were plenty of towels for the duration of our stay. Beautiful front yard, and plenty of parking. We had a wonderful time!

Very comfortable house, with everything you and your family will need for your stay. Right across the ocean, 5 minutes walk to the beach! My family and I enjoyed walking along the shoreline sidewalk in the mornings and sunsets! Nice playground a short walk. Restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies a short drive. Promptly communication with David and Kathy!

Paradise!
The house was a perfect size for our family of 9 and the location was ideal. Walk to the beach was so short that we didn’t need to lug everything there. Kathy and Dave were super responsive to all of our questions and great hosts who had thought of everything for the house. Comfy beds too!

Location, location, location
A five minute walk to Gooch Beach. An 8-10 minute drive to Kennebunkport. Fifteen minute drive to a supermarket. What more could you ask for. The hosts have supplied everything you could need from games to puzzles to beach supplies ( chairs, cart, boogie boards, etc.) Awesome ocean view. Dog friendly beach in certain hours. The hosts are very responsive and attentive to any questions. Reserve it for your vacation. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect Beach Holiday
Everything about our experience was wonderful. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed (including beach gear), great for kids. and the view of the beach spectacular. We loved going to bed at night listening to the sound of waves. Dock Square is a very short drive (or jog!) away. Communication with the owner was lightning fast- the best I’ve experienced. I plan on staying here again!

Terrific experience!
Everything about our stay was exceptional! The house is lovely and well kept, with everything we needed for our stay. It is right across the road from the ocean, and it was a joy to watch the water from the balcony in the early morning and at dusk. The neighborhood is friendly and upscale, and a short walk to Gooch Beach. The hosts were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Our stay was a great experience, and we will definitely be return visitors.

Beach Haven
Excellent stay at Kennebunk Beach property! Very pleased with the cleanliness. Owners are most thoughtful in supplying the house with everything you need. Our family with two young children throughly enjoyed exploring the beach and stone areas. Owners are easily contacted and quite responsive! We look forward to returning!

Perfection!
My daughter and I love to go to Maine in the fall. We usually stay at a B&B or a house but this one was our favorite to-date. Right on the water, with beautiful views from every window! The house is well outfitted, clean and convenient. The owners are super friendly and accessible. We look forward to staying here again next year. 🙂

Cute, Comfortable, Great Views
Girlfriend getaway in Maine. House is across the street from the ocean but no beach. Beach is few minutes walk on left or right side. House itself was clean, comfortable for us and had everything we needed. Location very close to docksquare where alot of stores, restaurants. Owners were very responsive and accommodating offering an early checkin and later checkout. My only suggestion is update the bed in the master, it was very very soft.

Perfect location - great home
This home was perfect for our family. The location is perfect, right on the ocean. We reached out to the owner with a small issue and it was immdedialely resolved. Owners were very responsive and I couldn't have asked for a faster response. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot to getaway to!
We had a great time at this beach house. Right across the street from the ocean, just a few minute walk down to beach where there is sand, and is dog friendly (after Labor Day/before peak season they are allowed on the beach all day which is amazing). House was clean and worked perfectly for us. Close to town as well (quick drive). We hope we can come back again sometime!

Terrific location
We had a great stay. Everything was as represented in the listing. Easy walk to 2 beaches. Gorgeous front lawn to enjoy the view and hear the waves crashing. Kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed in & cooked on the new Weber grill. Plenty of seating for meals. Plenty of parking. We have 3 grown children with their own cars. Easy! We had a better view than any restaurant in town. The owner, Kathy was very pleasant to work with.

Location, location, location
We love this property. We have a yard we can sit in directly across from the beach. Enjoying people walking with their dogs, Bicycling, etc. Just a few minutes from Kennebunkport downtown. Stores are close. Just minutes walk to sit on the beach. We love it here! This was our 2nd year and will be booking again for 2022!

Summer getaway
Excellent property, walking distance to town and one of the nicest stretch of beaches. And sitting in the front garden across from the sea was a dream with the breeze and sounds of the waves. The house had everything we needed to disconnect and relax. Owners are lovely, highly recommend!

Wonderful home in a perfect location
Even during a rainy weekend we enjoyed the waterfront view and walks on the beach. Shops and restaurants of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport are just a short drive away. It was a very pleasant stay!

Beautiful ocean view!!
Kathy was wonderful to work with and communication was a breeze. The house is on a lovely rocky beach with sandy beaches just a short walk away in both directions. We enjoyed sitting on the 2nd floor balcony and just listening to the ocean and people watching as folks walked along the sea wall. Great food / shopping just 5-10 minutes away in Kennebunkport. We’ll be back!!
