No breakfast

There is no one to reach out to if you have problems. For example: The washing machine was not working and we had no one to help. Also there were no instructions on the washing machine . The phone number is never picked up and all you get is a French voice message. Also the property has a strange rule that they will clean only when check out. So if you are staying for 10 days at a stretch, they will not clean in between. However if you book per day separately you might get cleaning.

Someone to help if there are problems. The number given goes to a voice mail that too in French. Simple things missing like additional toilet paper

Go to other places... Hotel was not OK.

I booked for 10 days and I went after the first day. It smelled very bad the room + lobby. Was dirty. Walls had stains. Toilet super small and only to tiny towels that fit only for my head not body. Lamp was broken. Microwave and others was dirty. Bed looked old and dirty Furniture was old and odd. Very loud and you could hear what in other rooms was happening and every step someone made. Nobody greeted us when we came. No help whatsoever. Very far away from everything if you don't have a car. I got so scared and disgusted by it that I went the day after... Owner was OK but said I wasn't going to have my money back... 550 euros lost!!! Do not book it was soo bad that we went away without plan B. If it had costed 10 euros the night then it is OK but I payed a lot. For 50 euros more you can go to Hotel Du Leman in Paris central and enjoy a 3 star hotel that was very nice. I still don't have an apology or some money back. So... Thank you very much for almost ruining my trip.

Neither far from the train station nor from the town and shops. We are so delighted and happy with our reservation and the politeness of the receiver..
