Good Tides hat alles! Ein über 300 Quadratmeter großes einstöckiges Haus, nur wenige Schritte von den attraktivsten Strandeingängen am East Beach entfernt, mit einem Pool, der groß genug ist, um Runden zu schwimmen, und großzügigen Innen- und Außenbereichen, in denen Sie sich entspannen und unterhalten können. Good Tides wurde im Frühjahr 2019 renoviert und verfügt über eine komplett neue Gourmetküche mit hochwertigen Bosch-Geräten, neuen Holzböden, frischen Farben, modernisierten Badezimmern, neuen HVAC-Systemen und einem Dach. Die drei Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für sechs in Betten plus 1-2 Kinder auf einer kleinen Schlafcouch im Master. Ein Paar Luftmatratzen in Doppelgröße bietet zusätzlichen Schlafplatz. Das geräumige Haus bietet viel Platz, um sich auf sich allein gestellt zu fühlen oder um zusammen zu essen, Spiele zu spielen oder fernzusehen und Filme zu schauen. The home was well equipped with all you need, the pool was great as well. The usage of the wagon and beach items made the beach easy to enjoy. Make sure you look at the recommendations list it was helpful for dining options. We would recommend Crabdaddy’s and Palmer’s Village Cafe!

This was a great stay for all of our extended family. (8 of us) Some did complain about the hard beds and opted to sleep on air mattresses. The location to the beach is great . We definitely enjoyed the pool and surrounding amenities ,teens and adults alike. The house was clean and supplied with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals. Love the art work.

We loved our stay here! The home was much larger than we expected, leaving us with plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, and the location is perfect. Close enough to the beach to easily walk, even with kids. East Beach is a great neighborhood for bike riding as well. Only good things to say about our visit.

Beautiful home, perfect location
This property is beautiful. The owners very obviously have a huge personal investment in this home. The home is very spacious and the pool is incredible. We were afraid we wouldn't be able to get our children to leave the pool to take the short walk to the beach! This island is a real treasure, and this house a gem. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at St. Simons or this house!

We were told the house would sleep 8. It did not. We stayed here last year and had a great time. Between the beds and toilets being so low not to mention the low furniture, we were miserable. My husband and daughter in law both almost ended up the in emergency room. My husband because toilets were so low and my daughter because pets had been in the house. I think you should mention in your description that a hard bench and 2 blow-up mattresses are considered part of the sleeps 8. I waited to let some time pass before I sent my review so I could calm down. I did call the realtor (Sarah) about this on the Monday after we arrived and she did nothing to help the situation. We definitely will not stay here again.

Very very nice property...clean and comfortable. Pool was perfect for the kids. It was a little challenging getting tbe kids to the beach even though its just a long block away as you have to go through a wooded dune. The beach is wide, clean and spectacular once you get there!

We wanted to have a vacation for the whole family and this house was great for this. Plenty of room lots of open spaces. Everything was clean when we arrived. The pool person came the morning after we arrived and wow it was beautiful. The kids loved the fact that the beach was so close and I (grandma)liked that the big pool with the grandkids.
