The Beach House besteht aus zwei Häusern zusammen, nebeneinander, in jeder Hinsicht identisch, sie den gleichen Außenraum (Pool und Grill) teilen. Es wird nur als V6 Haus vermietet, nie getrennt.
Insgesamt verfügt das Haus über 6 Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten und 4 mit Doppelbett), 4 Badezimmer mit Dusche und 2 Badezimmer mit Badewanne. 4 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad sind im ersten Stock, sowie eine großzügige Terrasse mit seitlichem Meerblick.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es 2 Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Essbereich und die zwei Küchen. Die Zimmer gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Pool, Garten und Terrasse. Die Zimmer verfügen über Schlafsofas, die 14 Personen bequem Platz.
Dieses fantastische Ferienhaus verfügt über 2 Garagen, die jeweils mit einer Waschmaschine und viel Platz für mehrere Autos.
Die Lage dieses Hauses ist privilegiert: Es gibt Cafés, Restaurants, Geldautomaten und Supermarkt in wenigen Metern; die Strände von Gale und Manuel Lourenço sind etwa 500 Meter entfernt.
Die Strände von Salgados, Castelo, Evaristo, Sao Rafael und Arifes sind einige der schönsten Strände der Algarve und sind weniger als 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt.

Had amazing time. The location is good near supermarket and few restaurants. 10 minute walk to lovely beach. Need to get a cab to old town not walkable. Everyone was very friendly and the area was very clean

The house was perfect for a family of 11 people. Close to the beach and restaurants. It is directly on the road, but we didn't have a problem with noise most of the time. The property manager Cristiana is fantastic to work with.

Two nearly identical villas, well kept and super location with a lovely pool.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and this time we chose to stay for 10days. We are a family made up of 11 adults, 3 children, 1 toddler and 1 baby and it was perfect for us all. (2 new additions from our last visit)
The property is spacious, has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the location is PERFECTION. It is a 5min walk from the beach which has a few lovely restaurants, there is a little cafe which opens late directly opposite and extremely cheap for a glass of wine, coffee, beer etc, a supermarket around the corner, Aldi is 6euro away via uber and far better priced than the supermarket.
There is an incredible italian restaurant a short walk away (if you turn left out of the villa) and a sports bar/ restaurant.
We took a day trip to Zoomarine which was only 11euro via Uber and we took a few ubers into Albuferia docks, old town and new town.
One thing I would suggest for anyone travelling is to bring your firestick from home, it's always nice to watch your programmes from home when away for a length of time.
We LOVE this property and hope to go back again as a family in 2-3 years time.
The host is also incredible! 11/10 for everything and thank you for allowing us to make more happy memories here.

The house contains two apartments, which was sufficient for this group of 11 people. All bedrooms had private bathrooms. Also very practical with two refrigerators and two dish washers. The system of using codes for entering the main gate and for access to keys to the house eliminated the stress of arranging disposition of keys. Taxi drivers had difficulties finding the property. The address we got for the house led to the round-about nearly 1 km away. Giving the GPS coordinates would have made it mush easier to locate. The location was central, with restaurants and food stores within walking distance. We were just sorry the temperature in the sea was cold, but the children enjoyed the swimming pool.

Great place, ideal location
The villa had everything you could possible need. We were a family of eleven so needed the space, great size pool which we could all fit at the same time. Supermarket two minutes around the corner. 5 minute walk to a beautiful long beach with all the water sports you can handle. Cristiana sorted our transfers fantastic time had by all

Great family villa
We stayed as 2 families, which is ideal, as 2 identical villas side by side with shared pool. The kids loved the pool, ŵhich is quite large and big enough for everyone. Cristiana, the host, was brilliant nothing too much trouble. The villa is a short walk to the beach, there’s a supermarket 5 mins walk away, and restaurants that are in walking distance if you don’t want to drive anywhere. An ideal place to stay on the Algarve!

Perfect for two families!
We are two families consisting of 4 adults and 6 kids. We had a wonderful week in Casa da Praia. The property consists of two identical, adjoining villas, each with 3 good sized and well equipped bedrooms, all with ensuites. The villas are clean, very well equipped and in great condition. We were delighted! The pool is a good size and was perfect for a cool down. We imagined we would always be at the beach (which is a 10 minute easy walk, max and is really beautiful) but the villa and pool were so lovely we were happy to chill out there sometimes too. There is a brick bbq in the garden as well which we made good use of in the evenings. Cristiana is a warm, friendly and helpful host - she helped us out with many things and ensured our stay was as perfect as possible. I honestly couldn't recommend this property/host enough. THANK YOU!
