El apartamento muy cómodo,limpio ,muy espacioso y con todo lo necesario ,con parking que eso es un plus. Recibimos mucha información e indicaciones sobre la ciudad lo cual es de agradecer . Hemos estado muy a gusto. Repetiremos seguro.

Está muy bien ubicado para poder visitar el centro y el casco antiguo. El aparcamiento cerca es fácil, tanto en parking como en la calle, aunque el propio alojamiento ofrece parking privado si hay disponibilidad. Es un edificio tranquilo y se pudo descansar bien. La casa tiene de todo y es cómoda. Esos días hizo mucho frío y al entrar en la casa había buen clima sin enchufar calefacción.

El colchón que me tocó estaba un poco hundido, pero se podía dormir perfectamente, no era incómodo.

The apartment was spacious, clean & comfortable. The location was good.

The key pickup, in peak times, from a close by location was difficult because of my lack of Spanish. It is done through a machine that only uses Spanish. In the end I went inside to get help & even though the girl didn't speak much English I got the keys & the location of the garage, also not on site. By this time we had lost an hour. There was not a single plug in the apartment, not for the sink, bath or handbasin, making it difficult to wash the dishes & fill the handbasin with water to wash or shave. If you had small children in need of a bath it would be hard to do. 3 out of 4 bowls were chipped & cracked & other crockery was chipped. Inexpensive to replace! The kitchen had just barely the essentials to make a meal. No jug to boil water, you had to use the coffee machine.

Good communication and check in. Parking available but difficult access. Good location

Only 1 pillow and bed very soft. No plugs in bathroom or kitchen so difficult to wash up.

Check in procedure. Because of the door lock into the property being faulty, and replaced hours later which also had issues, we couldn’t leave the property as we were not sure we could enter the place.

The apartment was very nice and spacious.

I did not like that we had to go to 3 different locations for the keys, to park and the apartment. It was stressful. They should leave the keys in a lock box near the door. They also sent WAY TOO MANY emails/whatsapp. Just sent the information once. Also, they should not charge for a baby crib. We traveled all over Spain and this was the only location that wanted to charge us extra. Finally, one of the beds made a lot of noise everytime you moved.
