Neue Umgestaltung im März 2018 abgeschlossen und nur 2 zurück von der Küste! Wunderschön eingerichtete Villa mit einem Schlafzimmer im Herzen des Hauptstrandes von Hilton Head, hervorragende Aussicht und schnellen Zugang zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Die Villa verfügt über Treibholzböden und Shiplap-Wände, ein bequemes Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffee und Weinbar sowie einen ausklappbaren Esstisch für 4 Personen. Villa kommt mit 2 Margaritaville Bikes auch!
Unsere Villa befindet sich in Seaside, einem Komplex am Meer, etwa 2 Blocks vom Coligny Plaza und der Tiki Hut entfernt. Zentral gelegen, aber nicht überfüllt. Zu Fuß zu vielen Restaurants, Geschäften, Unterhaltungs- und Lebensmittelgeschäften.

Everything was exactly as pictured. You can see the ocean from the porch unlike many of the other units. Parking was super easy and it wasn’t hard to get a covered spot which was nice in the rain. Enjoyed having a full size coffee pot in addition to a keurig. Bathroom is modern and up to date. Smart tv in the living room. Communication is excellent. Outdoor showers are by the bikes - I missed that at first. Such a great stay!!

Booked because it was my wife's birthday. She wanted to go to a beach area and see the water from our balcony. We enjoyed our 5 nights; the condo was well equipped and very clean; everything you will need while on vacation and more. I contacted the host for a code for the bikes and another time and received a very quick response. Of course, Hilton Head is a very nice location (food, sights...), we were equally pleased with our accommodations.

This property was ideal for my husband and me. Just the right size, comfortable and located in the heart of everything. One minute walk to the beach, close to Coligny Plaza, includes bikes, great and updated shower. The owner was easy to work with. We’ll definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th Anniversary, so we decided to go to one of our favorites, Hilton Head. We had never stayed at this condo before, but we have stayed in several other condos. This one is by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed at. The decor was on point! The hosts were wonderful in that they responded very quickly to any question. They had bikes on property, so we did not have to rent. We absolutely loved this condo! Highly recommend!!!

We recently stayed at this perfect beach condo, and it exceeded all our expectations! Located right off the beach, the condo offered ocean views and immediate beach access. The amenities were fantastic, including fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bed, and even bikes for exploring the area. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and ensured we had a great stay. We highly recommend this beach condo and can't wait to return!

The Villa was very quaint and comfortable for my husband and I. The hosts made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed the bikes that were available for our use. The Villa is just a short walk to the Beach. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we chose to stay here again this year. Details provided by Kendall are thorough and response time is short. Unit is clean. The bikes are an absolute must! So much fun! Hope to return to HHI again next year and if we do, we will most definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Had a great time! The condo had a super location, was clean, and had everything we needed for a great week. I left some clothes and Kendall was kind enough to retrieve them and send back to me. Incredible service!

We come into HHI for the many half marathons through out the year. This was our first time at a VRBO, what a great unit. Close to everything, beautiful ocean views, walking distance to the beach. The unit itself was perfect, very clean, and very well stocked . We will be back!

This is a great jumping off spot to explore all of HHI. Very clean and comfortable. There is just one couch for interior comfy seating. Great views of the ocean. My one small comment is that there are plug ins. I don't care for anything that offers a "fake" smell. We unplugged it as soon as we could. The condo is fresh and clean as is. It doesn't need any extra scent other than the ocean breeeze! Don't hesitate to book.

We stayed at this property for a quick late summer trip. The location was perfect, and the property had everything we needed. We took advantage of the bikes that were provided and never even moved our car the entire trip! While the weather wasn't great for our stay, we had plenty to keep us busy nearby. On our last day, the sun finally came out and we enjoyed the beach and greatly appreciated the chairs, towels and sunscreen that was available. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property!

This was the perfect spot for our unplanned, quick weekend stay. This place was super clean, the balcony was fantastic, and we had everything we needed. We were just steps away from the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants and shopping. We were greeted with some of the cutest iced cookies (an octopus 🐙and sea turtle🐢.) The manager was great and responded quickly to my questions. It was super easy and no doubt we will be back! You should definitely book this if you get a chance!

I love the property and stayed there numerous times already. This was a great unit. The only thing that bothered me was the room deodorizer. It was overpowering. Good smell but way to much.

This place is so cute and cozy. The owner really thought of every little detail when it comes to a beach trip. There were such nice little touches as well. You can walk to restaurants less than a mile away. The beach was very nice and clean as well.

It was my first time to Hilton Head and what an amazing place to visit. This place delivers everything it’s promises and more. Condo is clean , comfortable , well stocked , perfect location and views. I absolutely hated to leave and can’t wait to come back soon!

My husband and I stayed for six nights. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We parked our car when we arrived and did not move it til we left. We rode the bikes that were furnished everyday, whether it was on the beach or to a restaurant. The villa is nicely furnished and everything that was needed for the beach waa provided.. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Kendall is a wonderful host. She left us cookies and wine, a great start to our visit.The condo is right on the beach and just a short 13 minute walk to Coligny Plaza with tons of shops and restaurants. The condo is better than pictured. Very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes. The patio was nice and relaxing, have morning coffee at and enjoy the view. No detail was missed! It was our first time at Hilton Head and really enjoyed our visit; perfect for the two of us. We will definitely be back.

The condo was adorable and had everything we needed. Our wonderful host, Kendall, made us feel welcome and left a bottle of wine and cookies for us on arrival. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and most afternoons we saw dolphins swimming in the surf. That was a treat! Ill miss having our morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves. I highly recommend a stay here!

The place was impeccably decorated, very clean and tidy. Everything that we needed was there, towels, beach chairs, bikes. We will definitely be back to stay at this property! Choosing a VRBO required a lot of time to look at all of the reviews and pics in order to feel confident. This was exactly as described. We would highly recommend this unit for a beach getaway. Proximity to Coligny Plaza, as well as Sea Pines was perfect.

We had a great time! The condo is clean and lovely! Kendall was communicative and responsive. We put a lot of miles on the bikes and enjoyed the central location which allowed walking/biking to everything we could need. We would definitely stay again!

Great unit on ocean side of building. Pool available. Boardwalk right out to beach. 2 bikes provided. Unit has a beachy feel with lots of decorations.
You will have to do dishes and throw away garbage in the dumpster. Check out is 10 am.

Vacation was awesome, great location, central to a lot of shopping and sightseeing things never drove more than 20mins in any direction for anything! Maybe not even that! Balconies were a little close together to others but other than that I think it was really really nice! My girlfriend and I had an awesome time! Place was super clean and would definitely come again!
