De locatie vlakbij het strand en de restaurants was top. Het zwembad was even lekker verfrissend al is deze wel wat klein en heb je weinig privé aangezien deze grenst aan de eetzaal met grote raampartijen.

Op de één of andere manier waren we 20.000 roepie kwijt geraakt vanuit onze kamer. Dit zat in een verborgen vak van mijn tas die achter bleef op de kamer en bij terugkomst bleek dit ineens weg te zijn. Ik kan natuurlijk niks bewijzen maar voor ons 1e verblijf in Sri Lanka was dit wel een enorme domper. Ik ben al jaren vaste klant via booking en ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt... het was wel een goede les, de rest van de vakantie hebben we continu sloten op onze tassen gehad.

Hotel Sico is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were very very helpful and friendly. They were very responsive and a great source of information. We easily went into Negombo which is only 3klm away. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a few days relaxing at Negombo beach.

It's for me really not worth the money to stay in this hotel. After traveling almost the whole day, I arrived 11 pm but there was nobody to help me. I was sick and wanted to be in the room but took forever with reservation. They knew I would arrive at that time, it would be nice to be there for the guest. Also, the wifi is really terrible! You get once a day 1 voucher which is ment for only one device. Everyday you have to ask again and it doesn't work properly but it's in most places in Sri Lanka that wifi doesn't work. Its better to buy data Dialog. Thr location... far from city and nothing much to do in the area. I wouldn't stay in this hotel for another time. Also, when I asked to pick me up from Airport, they said would be 8000 LKR, while if you use PickMe and go with tuk tuk it will be less than 1000 LKR.

The street that gives access to the hotel is made of dirt, so with rain it’s challenging to access it.

Really love to this place. Very friendly staff & supported to have a great experience during our stay. Rooms also well designed, very clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities and facilities we expect as a guest. Rooftop was also a fantastic place in the evening. We're really satisfied & highly recommend as a hotel to enjoy your desired freedom. We definitely love to visit them again.

When I first booked the price was 38 dollars when we tried to check in they told me it was 58 dollars. We were tired we needed a place to rest so I took it and payed the price that I am not suppose to pay for clearly it was a fraud. The room wasn't clean the restroom wasn't clean there were even a lot of hair on the floor. I was not satisfied with the place and the room. I do not RECOMMEND this place at all.

The staff were nice. Room was spacious. Located close to the beach.

The WiFi was bad and you need to ask for a user id and password for the WiFi everyday and one for each device limited to 2GB which was annoying. No complimentary water in the room, the bathroom wasn't well cleaned. The towels were not washed well, stains all over, same for the bed linen at a few spots.

We had 24 hours of accessibility and that was so convenient. All the nice pubs and the beach are just within five minutes walk.😍 the room we had was so spacious and clean. Had been served with great hospitality measures...❤ I loved the environment and the atmosphere. The staff was really friendly plus always were ready to serve us when in need. And of course we had a great time by the pool... 😍❤ I highly recommend Hotel Sico, Negambo for any local or foreign travellers...! 🤗

I specially liked the location of this place. Beach, restaurants and mall everything is near the doorstep. The rooftop mini bar and sitting arrangement is really fantastic.

Everything was okay but may be the room was vacant for long time so there were some dust out there.

Clean, spacious room with a class of touch. Some sea view if the room level is high (stayed on the 3rd). Relatively quiet, a short 5 mins walk from the beach though not beside beach.

Birds chirping in the morning though not within the control of the hotel management.

Hotel Sico exceeded our expectations from the moment of checking in. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean, and the staff was always friendly whenever we needed something. The facilities provided were excellent with great value for money. The location is very close to the beach and has a lot of restaurants around that you can eat out in or order from. 100% recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Negombo for a relaxing getaway.

Everything was fabulous! The staff, especially Achini and her colleague, were outstanding! They went above and beyond. Truly the best.
