Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, good location, excellent roof terrace, excellent communication. Analia was very friendly and helpful.

Large apartment located between the harbour and Teatro Politeama with good sized terrace on the upper level. Kitchen is adequately equipped for food prep and cooking. Found three grocery stores within reasonable walking distance and several good veggie stands nearby.

Hot water heating (as we were there in Feb) controlled from single thermostat (which was difficult to operate) in the second bedroom.

host is very helpful and even let us leave the luggage with her mum. she help us arranged a pick up service as well. good location to main shopping streets and sightseeing places. plenty of restaurants and cafes around

The property was in a great location and perfect for our family of four. I did yoga on the terrace every morning and it was a perfect start to the day. Analia was quick to respond and her mom was so lovely!

Quiet, large appartment, good WIFI, good beds, fairly well equipped kitchen, reasonable location for Palermo. Quietness is in part the result of being on the top floor with great terrace; as noted in add and other comments this implies going up stairs (68 steps) to get to the appartment.

Some more cutlery would have been nice. The dishwasher door is temperamental when it comes to opening (uncommon design :no handle with sensor detecting pressure) Perhaps make clear in add that terracce level bedroom is 20 more steps up

Lots of stairs - not the property for anyone with mobility issues or not very fit! 15 minute walk to the old town, not helped by poor dirty pavements with no dropped kerbs for easy movement of suitcases

the very spacious apartment has everything you need for a luxury stay in Palermo. The three of us only stayed for 3 nights but it’s enough space for at least four people to stay for a longer time period (: the small Terrasse made us enjoy some of Palermo’s sun even in April. The area of the city is perfect! Real Palermo flair and still quiet. Our very lovely host Analia was very ambitious to make us feel comfortable. Mille Grazie!

The property is very spacious (4 adults). It has all you expect from city break stays, coffee machine, glassware, etc. The terrace is nice quiet outdoor place still in central location. Good working wifi, TV...

Parking was confusing (parkhouse closed in late hours even if written 24h operations, unclear where to park or not, but we found a spot in near by street after a couple of rounds).

Fabulous apartment, very large and very well equipped, with a fantastic roof terrace in the heart of Palermo - we loved everything. Analisa is a great host with super easy communication. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

High ceilings, comfortable beds, it’s full of character. Air con works beautifully and the area is quiet so you get a decent night sleep. The large roof terrace is ideal for early evening drinks. Lots of affordable restaurants in the immediate area. The owners mother lives in a flat below and the owner communicates frequently via WhatsApp to check and offer help.

It was fine fir us but do be aware that the flat is at the top of the stairs. Means great rooftop views and you have a large terrace but if you have any mobility issues you’d struggle.

Terrazza Politeama is in a great, central location on the top floor of a small apartment building close to Teatro Politeama and Via della Liberta. Local, regional and airport bus stops are nearby (we took buses to both Trapani and to the airport from Via Filippo Turati, about 5 minutes walk away). There's a big Carrefour supermarket about 10 minutes walk away and there are a corner shop, fruit and vegetable shop and great restaurant/pizzeria, La Brace, very close by. The apartment is airy, spacious and comfortable and the living room has French doors with views to the street. The roof terrace is a lovely place for a coffee or drink, even in the middle of January, and the kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There were only two of us staying but the apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) and would comfortably suit four people, or more using the sofa bed in the living room. Our host, Analia, was a pleasure to deal with - she was very helpful, very quick to respond to questions and organised an airport pick up for us too!
