Beautiful spacious house - excellent location.

.. fact that there was no back-up electricity to cope with the power cuts.

Nothing at all

The house was smelling,all the bedding was dirty it had blood stains we had to go to the shop buy omo and I asked for clean and extra bedding and towels and I was told they don't have.they didn't even toilet paper and dishwashing liquid, their pool(pond) was very filthy and when I raised my concerns I was told they can give me my money and I must look for another place this is the reply I received when I asked for things:Hi Lolly. The pool man says he was there yesterday...? What is in the pool? Leaves? The linen on the beds we got back from the laundry yesterday and put on the beds today. It must be stained. Sadly we don't have any other linen. The second set is at the laundry. If you want me to pay back your money and find alternative accommodation I would understand. I mean they know fully well that it's long weekend I was never going to get any place and you know very well you are catering for adults but you are still going to put single beds in all rooms with single dirty comforters

The accommodation is just what our party needed, a home away from home. All the comforts one could ask for and more. Ilanda who manages the place was amazing... we didnt miss out on anything. The location was also great, close to centre of town and close to the nearby beach. A great home for a group of friends or family wanting a break.

Th hum of the cars passing by - but it's to be expected if staying on a main road, also doesnt take away from a great time.

The pool when it had been cleaned.

It stank of rotten vegetables from blocked drains, the soft furnishings were absolutely filthy, there was congealed food in the microwave and the kitchen counter bin had food splatters that were years old. we had to buy bleach and vinegar to throw down the drains and wash blankets to put on the couch so we could sit. The 4th bedroom is a converted maids quarters and is totally separate, and it stank so badly we couldn’t even walk into it. We left a day early, but were not compensated for any of the filthy conditions we had to fix.

Property is lovely. Very spacious. Nicely decorated with good facilities. Located well for the town and beaches.

The fourth bedroom was away from the rest of the house and full of bugs. Not great if you have three kids and one has to sleep outside. The WiFi ran out of capacity twice during the week and we were without WiFi for 3 days out of 7. The electricity ran out for a day as there wasn't enough electricity in the metre. The swimming pool was dirty when we arrived. It's on a main road so the noise of the traffic can disturb a relaxing time at the pool.

Safe neighborhood, nice to have all the kitchen appliances as well. Beds were conformable, the entire house is spacious.

The Pool pump wasn't working, and the pool it self was not clean. The Aircon was not working at all, the house was very cold.

Everything was so neat and convenient and staff very friendly

Each room has its s own heater and blankets are provided as well.,and the Dish washer was a cherry on top 👌.

Its a very warm house it feels like home, and it's closer to the mountains beautiful views and love the garden.
