Colazione non inclusa, ma quando siamo arrivati ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che serviva x farla!!! E anche pasta e sughi, acqua e ancora di piu'! Eccezzionale!!!

The host was very nice and the apartment was amazing.

Perfect place near Avola's historic part where there's a nice main square with pleasant atmosphere at night. The apartment is comfortable with good cooking facilities. Some basic food is available for free (pasta, tomato sauce, tuna, milk, coffee, ...) in case you arrive late or you simply didn't have time to buy something in a supermarket it's comfortable. The owner was very friendly and he allowed early check-in and he picked us up at the train station (about 15 min walking distance). There are several nice beaches in Avola and especially the old beach near Tonnara is suitable for children. Noto is easily reachable by bus and train, which makes a nice day trip. A positive experience!

The location was perfect, right in the city center. All the stores, restaurants, beaches - within a walking distance! The apartment windows face a patio, not the street, so it's calm and silent. Sebastiano would regularly ask if there is anything that we need, and if there was, he would wholeheartedly try to make us happy. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, right in the center. Free and save parking. The host - Sebastiano- is kind, very helpful. Well equipped, with everything you need. Good value for money. Highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. A big plus is that you can park the car directly in front of the apartment for free.

Everything was just perfect ! Location very good, the apartment very clean and well equipped and the owner a wonderful person always ready to help and guide you in your trip to Sicily😉. So I recommend this place for everyone who is willing to discover this beautiful southeast part of Sicily!
