Great location close to the beach. Quiet location near a park.

Top floor with no lift needs to be mentioned for us elderly visitors. A bit cramped but ok for a solo traveller like me.

We loved this place with it’s modern, stylish, beachy decoration and the great location near the beach and the center. We thought the walking distance to the city center was perfect, around 15 minutes in which you can walk through streets with beautiful Normandy style houses or along the promenade. Cabourg has 1 main street with a lot of nice restaurants and shops for amongst others cider and cookies :) We really enjoyed strolling around the village. The sandy beach is very wide (depending on the tide of course) and the water is clean. Like already said we really liked the apartment. There is everything you need for a vacaction. A nice balcony with sun from the afternoon till almost sunset (in september). The bathroom looked very new and the shower was great. Bedroom with a big closet, good bed linnen and towels (for additional surcharge which is fine if you don’t want to bring your own). The kitchen and its supplies is more then enough to make some home cooked meals. On many spots in the apartment there are multiple power outlets. The cosy big couch was the ideal spot to chill after a long day visiting other places :) It’s a very short walk to the beach, less then 500 meters. Easy to park at no cost, enough parking availability. The entire building where the apartment is in was really quiet and felt safe. Patricia was very kind and paid attention to if we were doing fine during or stay, offered help if needed with anything.

Great location for the beach and a good base for touring the numerous WW2 historic sites of Normandy. Plenty of restaurants in Cabourg about 15 mins walk away. One good restaurant on sea front 3 mins away.

No wifi.. not a problem for us personally but could be for others. The only other small point is that the toilet room was very small!

The property is in a nice quiet location . We could walk to the town or alongside the beach. We even managed to walk to the next town. We liked the size of the apartment; it was warm enough too

Just the weather; we have never been so unlucky with the weather in the north of France. Nothing else to complain about. There were few people about, but I believe that we were in a block of holiday lets
