The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Kind as well. The house had everything you need.. The hosts, living upstairs were available to help if anything. If you come with a car, make sure you park on the square and don't try the small streets.

This isn't a negative feedback just something personal. Very old house and structure. Not the owners fault of course. If you like a very old house in an old location in an old building, then this is definitely something you would like. For us it was fine for one night on our way to Rome.

We were met by Paulo and his wife who welcomed us to their wonderful apartment in the old old part of Cosenza. The apartment was exactly as described, and it was fantastic to stay in the old town. Very spacious and a great breakfast.

The beds were most uncomfortable. One was like sleeping on a solid board, the other was soft and fell to the Centre. Other than that, the apartment was perfect.

The tube and head of the shower should be replaced, lamp in the living not practical with sensor light bulb, it goes off every ten minutes, fresh bread and butter should be available for breakfast, not just industrial cakes and cookies and breakfast was not daily "served" as found in booking.com, should be "breakfast available for the duration of the stay", meaning things for breakfast are displayed already on the table for the whole duration of the stay, meaning no fresh bread

Genuine vintage architecture and nice interior design.

A beautiful old-style premise very spacious with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine. Just in the heart of the old Cosenza, served by a close by free parking. Suggested for long family stays.
