Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad (Duschen, keine Badewanne). Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräten aus rostfreiem Stahl, großem Esstisch und Frühstückstheke. Der Wohnbereich bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten mit großem TV-Bildschirm, der sich zur abgeschirmten Veranda hin öffnet und für Unterhaltung im Freien sorgt. Große Terrasse zum Sonnen und Entspannen im Freien. Alles, was Sie brauchen, ist Ihre Zahnbürste, Nebenkosten und Strandutensilien (Stühle, Handtücher und Spielzeug).

This was our 3rd time to rent the property.
Location just yards from the beach!
My friends and I are all 60+ and we love the fact that we dont have to climb stairs! Everthing was immaculate as always. When we weren't on the beach we spent a good amount of time on the screened porch.
As always, the owner, Kim made sure to touch base if we needed anything.
Will be back next year for sure!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our family of 4. Having the screened in porch to relax in was amazing since we didn’t have the best luck with weather some days this week! The location is also fantastic. It’s minutes from the restaurants and shops, but the beach right outside of the rental was never crowded. This was our first trip to St. George Island and we’ll definitely be back to stay here again!

Perfect rental for those who want a front row seat to the Gulf, only steps from the door. This recently updated condo was just what was needed for our 3 day getaway. Loved relaxing and watching sunsets from screened porch. No negatives to report at this rental. It’s all good.

The only drawback was the sand hill in front of deck. Had mom and aunt ages 87 and 85 that would have liked to sit on deck and see the beach (waves) as they were unable to walk to beach. Otherwise, very clean, had everything anyone could need in kitchen, very comfy beds, ample room in bath. Enjoyed it very much. Thanks.

This property is very clean and comfortable. The decor is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped with probably the best quality knives I've ever found in a rental property. :) Best of all, just a few steps from the back deck to the ocean. We loved this place and hope to return.

The condo is nicely appointed -- everything you need for a beach stay for 4. The only reason I didn't rate it at 5 is that because it's a ground-floor unit, you can't really see much of the ocean from inside. (In fairness, I knew going in that would be the case.) Still, it's a very short walk to the beach, and SGI is a great place for dolphin-watching. The people upstairs were pretty noisy, including in the middle of the night, but that's not something the condo owners can actually control.

I stayed here for a 3 day 2 night getaway with my husband and 17 year old and 19 year old sons. Everything looked and smelled clean, there was ample room for all of us, and the location could not be beat!! The kitchen was stocked with any dishes/appliances we might need.
