We couldn't have wished for a more perfect vacation. The villa is lovely and meticulously maintained by Shereene. Situated right on the beach, it offers breathtaking sunsets from every balcony. The grocery store is conveniently located across the street, and all the shops and restaurants in Holetown are within walking distance.
The owner, Jonathan, was excellent to deal with, responding promptly to all my inquiries. John, the property manager, exceeded expectations to ensure our stay was flawless. Both Jonathan and John checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well.
We hope to return soon!

5 women (in our 70’s) travel often together. We went to Barbados in 2019 and loved it and wanted to go back. The location of the building in Holetown was great. Grocery store and Starbucks across the street. Tides restaurant next door was very good. The pool was fabulous. We sat on the balcony overlooking the beautiful blue ocean every morning with coffee and a glass of wine at night. The condo was great. My only recommendation would be to add grab bars in the tubs.

The property is incredible, the pictures of the interior are exactly as shown and the beautiful beach is literally steps away.
The area is extremely convenient with shops, grocery, and restaurants close by. The restaurants are a little more expensive on this area but very convenient for your stay.
The hosts were extremely responsive and the staff at the facility were very helpful.
We stayed as a family of 8 with 2 small children and had more than enough space and privacy for everyone.

Absolutely lovely villa with outstanding views. The location in Holetown is amazing. Grocery store is just across the road from the building with a Starbucks! Wonderful restaurants on each side of the building and many other options within a short walk. Would absolutely stay here again.

What sets this property apart isn’t its incredibly good location, it isn’t the nice comfortable furnishings and isn’t even how well it is equipped. It is the owner and manager who are committed to ensuring your stay is totally enjoyable. Coming from Australia, our expectations may be a tad different. When we advised management of a slight misalignment with expectations they jumped into action and had everything aligned very quickly. This was not only impressive but greatly appreciated and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you Jonathan and John, it’s a really great property indeed but the management is even better :-)

It’s not often what is advertised is actually the reality of the property. Everything that was described, including the pictures is spot on. The view is absolutely beautiful. Eating on the open air porch was just wonderful. The market and restaurants are walking distance. It is the best vacation property rental ever.

The host Johnathan was wonderful. Everything was well organized. The villa was spacious and just like home away from with a beautiful ocean view. Our attendant Ashley was amazing and made sure all of our needs were met. She went above and beyond to help us find excursions that we wanted.

Best Family Vacation
The property is lovely and as described in the listing. It worked well for our family of 9. Shereen is a delight and John was so accommodating with our late arrivals due to airline delays. The beach was our favorite spot and all the better having a bar right next door to get a rum punch while you float in the most beautiful, clear water I’ve ever seen. Great location for groceries and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave beautiful Barbados.

Paradise!
What a fantastic property! From the first moment we were greeted by John with rum punches and answered any questions we had. And it only got better! What a location and an absolutely beautiful villa. It is RIGHT on the beach. The villa was clean and spacious. Each morning we woke up excited to have another day to spend there. We were spoiled to have Shereene meet our every need. She was exceptional! Her kindness will not be forgotten.
The location of the villa cannot be beat. ON the beach, next door to the market, restaurants and coffee shops within walking.
The only thing that would make this better is a return trip!

Wow what a View
The apartment has an unrivalled position in Holetown, a beautiful beach just a few yards from the property, the shops and restaurants are all just a short stroll away.
The taxi rank is also Oposite the building for those wishing to visit Mullins or Sandy lane in the other direction.

Highly recommended property & location
My family could not ask for anything better for our vacation in Barbados. The property owner was easily accessible and stayed in touch and Shereene the housekeeper was welcoming and made sure that our needs were met.
The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. We did not need to rent a car since everything was within walking distance. We had many choices of restaurants/ eating. Besides swimming the kids enjoyed the many activities available on the beach including jet skiing, boating and swimming with turtles.
I highly recommend this property and definitely plan on returning again.

The view, layout, en-suite baths, open plan with decks, common pool, beach and easy access to Massey’s Market, restaurants, shops and tennis court made it SO convenient. Also talked to a number of lovely people who were staying at Villas on the Beach.
Shereene was fantastic. Loved her cooking and how helpful she was with cleaning and laundry plus she’s a sweetheart. We didn’t see much of Simon but he’s well organized, a wonderful source of info stays on top of the details. They both took excellent care of us!
We enjoyed lunch at Round House and seeing the East Coast, the North Point Cave, St. Nicholas Abby, and sailing with Jason O’Neal and swimming with sea turtles. On the way to North Point we visited my in-law’s former housekeeper, Judy in St. Lucy - a treat to see her.
There's something for everyone at The View - each day was an adventure my entire family loved! Thank you Jonathan for sharing your lovely home with us!

Another wonderful stay
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and just booked again for next year. We were beautifully looked after by Shareene and Simon was always available if we needed him. The apartment is spacious with the most spectacular views and close to everything Holetown has to offer. Can’t wait to return!

Great Location & View
This property was beautiful and the location was perfect. No rental car was needed as grocery and the beach were within walking distance.
One thing we found strange was that after 2 nights, the owner asked how many people were staying and claimed that they needed an additional housekeeper for help, which we assumed would be at an additional cost. There were the same number of people staying as originally booked and we cleaned up after ourselves so we are confused why they claimed they needed extra help. We ended up telling them that cooking was not required to relieve the housekeeper, which was upsetting since that service should have been included. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this villa! The location and view can't be beat.

Beautiful location, beautiful accommodations - we loved it!
We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Jonathan was very welcoming and responsive during the booking process. Once booking was confirmed, Simon was incredibly helpful in ensuring we were set up with the basics - info on the condo, its location, what to expect upon arrival and any other question I threw at him. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport for us, and helped us as we tried to do some advance research on potential activities while on the island. We appreciated him sharing his insider info - was very helpful to us.
We were greeted with Rum Punches upon arrival. The condo was spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean, and well appointed. We had 8 people and we were very comfortable - plenty of large shared space to be together, but also plenty of space to take a break on your own if wanted.
Shereene did a wonderful job of keeping the unit clean and outfitted with clean sheets and towels. We also had her prepare a few meals for us- all were delicious and made it so convenient for those times we didn’t want to bother with finding or preparing food for our entire party ourselves. She took very good care of us so we could enjoy our vacation fully.
The pool and landscaping were well kept - clean and comfortable. The condo’s location was also spectacular- we were steps from the beach (beach had moderate waves- very swimable) and conveniently located to the grocery store and other restaurants for easy access to food and drink. We were walking distance to most things we wanted/needed and opted to take taxi’s to venture to other parts of the island to explore a bit more.
Weather was perfect, the island beautiful, our accommodations amazing, and we were well cared for throughout our stay. We loved it - all of it - and hope to come back again some day. Thank you, Jonathan, Simon, and Shereene!

Amazing!
We had the best time ever! This apartment lacks for nothing, and it could not have a more beautiful view. The rooms are spread out from each other so there is a lot of privacy. The beds are very comfortable, and there are individual air conditioning units so the occupants of each room can set their own desired temperature. Shereene is a delight and Simon is very accommodating. There is a large, modern grocery store literally right across the street, and it has everything you could possibly need. There are places to park, but the bus picks you up right outside the door, also. None of us wanted to leave, and we all hope to go back.

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Crest. Here are the highlights.
The View: Doesn't get any better than this. From the second you walk in, the view takes your breath away. The patio furniture make for a perfect perch to relax and watch / listen to the ocean all day. Sunset is spectacular.
The Beach / Bars: Its all right there! The beach front is a little small, but plenty of swimming and water sports. There are plenty of bars to walk to if you want to partake in happy hour. Easy walk to other parts of the beach.
Rooms: Inside of this place was beautifully decorated and clean. Looked like it was from a magazine. Nicely appointed with plenty of dishes, washer/dryer, beach towels.
Location / Convenience: We are so happy that we chose Holetown for our visit. You can walk to beach, bars, restaurants, and large grocery store is right across the street. Buildling is secure and there is a taxi stand right across the street to take you anywhere.
Owner / Property Manager / Staff: Jonathan, Simon, and Shareen were responsive and welcoming. Thank you to all of them for making our stay so special. We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed swimming - both in the ocean and the two refreshing pools - moonlit dining on our veranda, sitting as a group reading, listening to music, playing games or watching a movie on the flat screen with a deluxe streaming video service. We dined at 6 fine restaurants within walking distance, sampling both gourmet and local food. The proximity in Holetown provides excellent access to a large supermarket, wine store, handmade crafts, a high-end mall, a multi-screen theater, beach front bars and immediate access to cabs and bus service, just a few feet from the front door. The staff was friendly, competent and always available; the cook / housekeeper prepared several delicious meals and kept linens fresh, bath and kitchen clean, along with doing our personal laundry on a daily basis. We will definitely be back. Its a great property for a large family unit, or group of friends allowing ample private and group space.

Perfect for us.
Jonathan’s place is exactly what you see in the pics. We were a party of seven spanned over 4 generations. It was very comfortable for all. It’s just steps to the pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Just another minute and you’re on the sand with many choices of the finest bays and beaches.
Across the street is an amazing market. Many good restaurants nearby.
Sherreen the housekeeper came daily and prepared some excellent meals for us. The manager Simon was always available with his endearing sense of humor.
Stay here,,right in the beach...amazing views... you’ll be glad you did.

Beautiful well maintained property which easily accommodates 8 people. Although an apartment it has plenty of outside verandah space for dining or lounging. Private well kept gardens with swimming pool which lead to beautiful sandy beach. Great bars and restaurants (and supermarket if you wish to eat in) within easy walking. Fantastic

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Villas on the Beach. We loved the 4th floor apartment and all of the beautiful ocean views from almost every room. We loved being able to walk downstairs and have a wonderful pool and ocean, just steps away. We received a warm welcome from everyone. The bedrooms are beautiful and the veranda is just lovely to either dine, play games or just enjoy the Barbados sunsets. The Villas are located in a great location in Holetown, with a huge grocery store right across the street and nice shops just a few blocks away. Great restaurants were in walking distance too. The owner, Jonathan, was helpful and the property manager, Simon, was very responsive to our needs. Anna and Shereen were very nice and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are wonderful and we comfortably fit a family of 8. We had Shereen cook for us and the food was simply amazing. We were even able to cook our Thanksgiving turkey too. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for making our family Barbados trip a trip we will never forget.

We has such a wonderful holiday here with friends. The location is outstanding, although we hired a car you don’t really need one. Shareen was wonderful and cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. We are already planning our next holiday at Villas on the Beach.

Absolutely Amazing Villa on the Beach!
We just spent 8 nights at this beautiful villa. It is beautifully decorated and very guest friendly. And OMG, the views were spectacular. There is plenty of seating room in the living area, spacious fully equipped kitchen, and each of the 4 bedrooms has its own full bath and three of them have their own deck looking out over the ocean. We enjoyed having our cook & maid, Shereen. We had her cook several meals for us and served at the table on the Patio, especially breakfast! The sunsets at dinner were beautiful to see. This Villa is located in Holetown which was the perfect spot. The beach was very nice and the villa offers chairs, cushions and umbrellas that can be used on the beach. The pool was beautifully done and we had the pleasure of using it several times. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, post office and a brand new grocery store conveniently located across the street. The Owner, Jonathan, was very responsive and helpful. Simon, the house manager was helpful as well and got back to me very quickly previous to our trip by answering my questions through email and arranging for our transfers to and from the airport. We had a few issues with the Air Conditioning and the Cable but Simon did what he could do to try and get it taken care of but we still had issues with both on & off. My honest opinion is thats just the way it goes on an Island. Unfortunately for the men in our group our beloved Houston ASTROS were in the playoffs during our time on the Island or it may not have mattered as much. LOL There is 24/7 security at the Villas and we really enjoyed getting to know Shawnell who was the night shift and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone seeking to spend some time on Beautiful Barbados!

The level of service was incredible!
We had some problems with our AC, and Simon had someone at our unit in 10 minutes. My only recommendations would be to improve the satellite signal, as it continually cut out and possibly developing”cheat sheets” for the microwave, oven and washer ad these are high end appliances that I had to play with to achieve my desired result.
