The staff are superfriendly, helpful and provide exceptional services. They also give recommendation on where to go and what to eat if you ask. The rooms are clean and equipped with all essentials. They have separate wet and dry bathroom. The location has a lot of restaurants, mostly seafood at night. The hotel has bike, kitchen and swimming pool you can use free of charge and access to the beach across the street.

The rooms are not next to each others. Only one of the building has evelvator so it will not be good for elders to walk up/down the stairs.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, there was some cardio equipment available and a pool with loungers.

I'm a person using wheelchair, I didn't expecting much that the hotel is accessible and it was when I saw there was only a small ramp there. But surprisingly, after went out and back from dinner, they changed the ramp to bigger one...WOW!!! The security man was always there to support too. So everything was really great! Staffs were friendly, supportive and caring, rooms were clean too ;).

The bathroom is a bit small for wheelchair user :).

The staff are all nice and friendly! They gave us full access in their kitchen so we enjoyed our home-made food with friends. Been to different resorts/hotels in Mui Ne but this hotel is the best. We will definitely come back again.

The staff was helpful and friendly all the time. The place is comfortable, quiet and clean. They did the cleaning service daily base, so we always had clean towels and bed linen. We had a delightful time, definitely I will come back :)
