This place was EXCELLENT! My brother & I were in town visiting family for our nephews graduation from high school. We decided to stay here. My brother lives in Claremont and this place was a 5 minute drive to his house. The king bed was very comfortable. The black out curtains were ideal to allow us to sleep in. The room was large enough to accommodate us and make us feel like it was a roomy area. We really enjoyed the attached bathroom. The shower worked really well. The description matched exactly what the owner said. We utilized the kitchen every morning to make breakfast and drink coffee. One day we ate inside on the couch. The rest of the time we ate outside on the patio area. We really enjoyed the ambience outside on the patio. The sound of the pool waterfall was very relaxing. The home is very comfortable. We had a lot of business that we had to take care of one morning and we utilized the living room to do that for about three hours. It was very wonderful and comfortable And accommodating. We look forward to coming here and staying here again in the future. The host was very easy to talk to. She allowed us to use her spices in the cupboard and her olive oil. We were very grateful for these simple amenities that made everything homey for us.

I would give the property 5 stars except it is the LOUDEST place I’ve ever stayed. The refrigerator had 2 very loud sounds coming out of it and there was another inexplicably loud sound coming from the closet area that was NOT air conditioning that I actually measured with a sound meter it was so bad. I had earplugs in and covered my head with a pillow and could still hear all the noises.

I was in town for my college reunion and it's a perfect place for one or two people. The room in Nora's home is beautiful, clean, and cozy. I felt right at home. The bedroom and restroom are self-contained and the kitchen is right outside the room. She has also set up the accommodation for privacy. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

I was visiting this area on a business trip and found this property to be the nice, quiet hub I needed after long days of work. The room was clean and welcoming, and found I had plenty of privacy from the rest of the house. Nothing bad to say about this property and property manager! Thanks for the great stay.

As pictured - nice, clean and very well maintained. Pleasant host and quiet.. Note that the kitchen is used by the family. We did not use it so we did not need to share it. We look forward to staying again.

This property is exactly as described. It is centrally located and within a short drive to Claremont, Ontario and the surrounding area. The accommodations are comfortable, private, and clean. Very nice home. Need new shower head as very difficult tp use. Kept coming apart. also only one comfortable chair in bedroom.

This was perfect for us. Location near our family. Very clean. Shopping nearby. I loved the fruit stand ab few blocks away!

It was a very private, clean room. I liked that there was a private door with your key that separated both the bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the house.

The room was excellent the bathroom was modern and very clean. The owner quick to respond to my needs. Unless you have a car, you’re stuck taking a lift or an Uber and it isn’t a good area to walk around at night.Restaurants we’re not close by to walk to.

Close to my son’s apartment. I appreciated not having to stay in a smelly hotel room. The room is so comfy and cute. Te mattress is the perfect balance of firm and soft. I have just one request, add a larger trash can in the bedroom. For future renters, wait for the buzz to stop on the front door before trying to enter. 🤣 Thank you Nora, for offering your home & being patient with me.
