perfect host, good communication, for any questions available, very caring for his guests. we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. the place is lovely. the bedrooms have enough space, the kitchen is great for cooking together. the garden is perfect for recovery and enjoying good weather, play games, make some yoga, etc. near the place you have supermarkets and restaurants you can reach by foot. the beach (free entry) is about 20 minutes by foot reachable. we had a rental car and startet daily trips from here (Vesuv, Pompeii, Neapel, amalfi). it is good connected to the highway. we would recommend a stay in Vincenzo’s place again!

Very nice house and garden, just like on the photos

The location was great for our needs. We wanted privacy and to be able to barbecue and relax in a peaceful setting and it was great. The ambiance is what I would call Italian rustic/country. There were fresh oranges on the tree ready for consumption and Vincenzo gave us free reign to eat them or squeeze them so we did!

It was quite cold and the Air Conditioner did not produce much heat so we had to light the fire place. As we were accustomed to lighting firewood it was not a big deal and created a nice ambiance, but for the tired or those who don't know how to light a fire, it would have been uncomfortably cold. Vincenzo was great about setting up the place to give us free access to do what we had to do and I appreciated that. I think that in the summer time this property would be AMAZING for those with a family. In the winter it is too, just requires a bit more work.
