The Dove articles in the restroom were great! Nice to have a desk and a fridge in the room, very clean surfaces.

Bedsheets smelled odd, check-in took long and the breakfast offered a small selection and was … cheap.

Front desk checked us into 3 rooms that were occupied and after 1 hour of looking for rooms he gave us a room which looks like he straightened the room before we went in. Room wasn’t stocked with soap and used toothpick was on the nightstand.

Clean and the staff was nice. Great location with food and shopping close by.

The beds are very comfortable

Floors and walls are very thin, called the front desk because the people two doors down were fu(king for over two hours and it literally sounded like the lady was being murdered. Needless to say nothing was done about it and it was 3am when it started. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this. I also had two of my kids with me which is pathetic they had to hear it. I left a day earlier and was still charged for my stay.

Location was great! The beds were so comfortable.

Beds are very comfy. Parking is free. WIFI is free and ok. Location is perfect if you need to be at that location )))

Extremely unprofessional stuff, just everyone except the manager and the guy at the front desk - Will. Will was the only person who was able to work with people. But at the end manager covers all unprofessional stuff. So, the fish rots from the head down... . Very impolite and rude, they don't want to do their job at all, very lazy, extremely lazy. They don't clean the room without a request. But even with request they forget to do it. There was no breakfast one time during our stay at all. They didn't apologise they just didn't care. All they said: "we forgot to order it". The most horrible experience was with front desk workers Jocelyn and Nanette. It is even hard to express how unprofessional and rude they are as hotel workers. We just left our country, where we were bombed every single day by Russians, we so hoped to find a safe and pleasant place to stay but instead we experienced such a horrible communication, lack of professionalism and customer service, terrible attitude in the most democratic and developed country in the world. Very, very disappointed.
