As a family of four with two young adult children this home gives us all plenty of space
The pool is perfect, dock for fishing great.. the only negative I would offer is it is a bit dated. Lighting in bathroom dim, outdoor grill- the flame is dangerously high when first ignited. Certainly would book again if a vacation on Marco Island is planned!

Before we arrived all of my emails and calls were answered promptly and with excellent customer service. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all of the things we would need to enjoy our stay. We stayed in and cooked several meals in the high end kitchen. The pool was beautiful, and offered lots of shade for those that wanted it. It was an easy walk to Tigertail, and super close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay at this property, and can’t wait to return to Marco!

The place is great. The process of filing out all various paperwork was cumbersome for me. There is a credit charge fee, a fee to pay by wire, and a heat the pool charge fee,.... This wasn't very pleasant - I prefer one rate. This may be - "it is what it is." But it was distracting to me. Marco Island is a fun place.

Family vacation
We had to postpone this vacation bc of covid and we’re so glad to finally go! The tigertail beach was fabulous and we rented a pontoon boat from Gator Boat Rental and went to keystone island! Hope to go back next year!

Overall a beautiful location and home. Large and comfortable with great canal views. Close to Tigertail Beach. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean in good working order. Decor is a bit dated but pleasant. Outdoor grill has had some fire damage it appears to have been Roughly repaired. The garage has one vehicle in storage and is in need of cleaning and organizing. We had to buy two new beach chairs and a pull wagon foe the beach as theirs were in poor condition. The bikes and strollers all were also in poor repair.
That said we enjoyed cooking and relaxing in the home.
Management needs to replace several burnt out light bulbs, especially in the master bath and outdoors.

Marco island stay
We arrived and the temperature for the first 2 nights was 32 degrees and there was no heat on the house. Unable to turn on heat. Did call management. Heat needed repairs but to stay warm had to get sweatshirts to wear and sleep in
Tried to use the hot tub and pool and the unit did not work. Pool people came out 5 times and after the 3 rd week they finally got the heat in the hot tub and pool to work.
Daniel from Vrbo was there when we arrived and he came out several times to take care of the problems we were experiencing. He is an excellent employee.
Had to call Vrbo as there was a cockroach in the pool and another in the lower level guest room

Tigertail Beach was more of a lagoon which you could wade through to get to beach or walk to ocean ( longer walk to beach from rental then realized...20 min.?) There is additional parking at Tigertail which takes you a bit closer to beach but you will need to pay for parking.
Give yourself time when using clothes dryer (especially if washing towels night before leaving-needed to run dryer longer for most loads).
Some things we were unaware-unable to park in garage, limited spoons (had a family of 7), supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and pods, travel size laundry detergent/softener, trash bags, sun block initially which was very nice. Forgot-there is no Keurig but a couple of coffee pots.
Careful with water dispenser on fridge-sometimes sticks. Trash drawer doesn’t always stay closed.
Upon arriving, code had been changed but our call was returned in about 15 min.
After getting acquainted with the feel of the house we had a wonderful time at Marco Island! One of our best family trips yet🤗 Enjoy!!

The house is large and beautiful. We loved sitting out on the lanai. We used the pool daily, it was a little small for a large family. The house is very centrally located on the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Exquisite Property and Great Location
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this exquisite, clean home. Tigertail beach entrance was just a few steps away and a great place to walk and collect lovely shells. Enjoyed stargazing from the delightful pool in the evenings. Home was well stocked, not only kitchen items but also beach and pool items and bicycles. Highly recommend this property in a lovely quiet neighborhood.

Very nice property
This is a very nice home and it had basically everything we needed for our time there. Upon check-in we found that the house was extremely clean and well organized. Lots of beach/pool towels and nicely stocked Kitchen as far as plates, utensils, etc. The only issue we had (which was not a big deal) was the tvs only got certain channels in each room. The maintenance person stopped it and tried a few things with no luck. My honest opinion is that it's Comcast and their service is awful which is why I got rid of them. Pool and outdoor area was a perfect place to be when not at the beach. Highly recommended home.

Marco house
Great house, great location! The house was fabulous, looked just like it did online. We enjoyed the proximity of the house to the beach, enjoyed taking morning walks on the beach. Spent most afternoons poolside and fishing from the dock.Some new pillows would be nice ,and maybe a couple more bikes would be good . We would highly recommend this house,

I love Beautiful architecture throughout home, lovely patio to sit on with beautiful view. My negative Responses for the price that we paid are, that the bedding was disgusting. We had to purchase new pillows because they were so old, flat as pancakes and greasy smelling. I was so mad about this that the pillows that we bought we took to Naples where we will be staying at for the month of March and I will leave them there in Naples. Master bedroom mattress was horrible for sleeping. Kitchen accoutrements non existent. We also had to purchase dish towels and dish cloths because there were nones. There were plenty of lovely beach towels, but the smelly flat pillows were beyond belief. My overall summery of place is the home is that it was beautiful but if you do not have acceptable bedding then it really puts a negative vibe on the outcome of my review. The master bedroom needs new mattress and new pillows throughout home. Sounds like petty complaints but just a few bucks on the owners part would make this place wonderful.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property near Tigertail. The house and location were excellent. There was plenty of common space for our family to spend time together and we particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Although the house suited us well and we would definitely return, we had the following concerns:
- The house was very clean, but we did see a cockroach in one bedroom on the first day. Not sure if cockroach occurrence is unavoidable in Florida...
- I was told by the property management company that there was not a pack-n-play at the property and I would need to rent one. I proceeded to rent one, but it turned out there was one at the property so I could've avoided spending the money on the rental.
- We had some difficulty with the television on Super Bowl Sunday. I contacted the property management company, but didn't receive a response for more than a day. I understand the difficulties of responding on a Sunday, but this is unfortunate when a vacation is only a week and a weekend day is valuable. We ended up fixing the television with a reboot.
- We couldn't find cloths and tea towels in the kitchen. The kitchen was otherwise well stocked.

We came with our whole family and enjoyed everything about the house, the location, and the beach. The lagoon was fun to fish and watch dolphins, and the walk to the beach was a fun adventure. The kids loved the pool and dinner was always a pleasure with the grill and outside table. Can't wait to come back.

Great Family Getaway
The house was wonderful and as advertised. The furnishings were excellent. Previous comments about the walk to the beach being difficult were inaccurate. WE found the beach access excellent. There is even a short wading route across the bay that puts you right on a very nice section of beach. My only recommendations were that the "how to manuals" for the TV were outdated. The controllers do not match what is on the direction. We spent very little time watching TV anyway as the pool was a big hit. Thanks again for the use of the property.

We would love to come back!
My family has rented this luxurious house for 5 years in a row, and we just love it here! The kids like playing in the big pool, and we can sit at the porch watching them. We have barbecued, made many homemade meals in the spacious kitchen, and we have eaten outside around the big table. There’s a huge TV in the family room, with lots of different channels. We especially like that the beach is only a few minutes walk from the house. The garage is full of beach chairs, 3 brand new bikes, a baby stroller and toys for the kids. We would love to come back some time!

Spectacular home/property; however, amenities need updating & alleviate threats of additional fees
This home/property is spectacular! Our purpose was a family vacation, with an outdoor pool, near the beach and this property met all of those needs. The home is absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous! Just as beautiful, if not more, than the photo's depicted. I have rented many vacation homes and have loved each one. However, this was the first time I rented a property through a business vs dealing with the actual owners, which may be why the lack of updated amenities (old, tattered bathroom towels, none matching; old sheets on the beds, the master bed with what appeared to be grease stains or just were not cleaned prior to us arriving) and threats of additional fees if rules weren't followed. Rules such as: only call outside of business hours with emergencies. If not an emergency we will be charged $150. We arrived on a Saturday and business hours aren't until Monday, that's 2 days of paid vacation rental without being able to ask a functioning question. Also, the septic alarm went off all night the first 2 nights. Albeit, this ended up not being linked to anything being wrong with the septic tank, we weren't sure if we should be flushing toilets, showering, etc. And although it was not bothering our sleep (as the sound was primarily outside and the house is pretty sound proof), I am quite certain the neighbors didn't feel the same as the alarm was quite loud outside. Emergency? I thought so and was ready to dispute a $150 bill should that have been assessed (it wasn't), but the wording in the handbook, would certainly make one pause before calling. As it turned out, no one responded until during business hours Monday.
Another additional fee threat: the handbook stated we are to do all of the laundry prior to leaving as they prefer the cleaners spend their time cleaning vs doing laundry? I don't mind doing the towels and even washing the sheets the morning we left, but then leave enough laundry soap for the week. Also, do not threaten to charge us an additional fee if we leave more than one set of unwashed sheets & 2 dirty towels per bathroom. A simple kind request and leaving a larger than a sample size of laundry detergent would be received much better.
One other suggestion would be to provide more than one (tinier than hotel size) bar of soap in each bathroom. Maybe install a bath gel dispenser in each shower.
Aside from the ragged bath towels and threats of additional fees, we had an amazing week! This is a beautiful home in a great location.

Nice house, good location, poorly maintained
My wife and I just stayed here for the month of February, 2018. I had to silence septic alarm repeatedly the last 4 days of our stay (same when we stayed here last year), was still going off when we checked out even though I contacted them the first day it went off. Smoke detector went off at 3 in the morning last year. I had to get up, take apart, go out the next day and buy batteries and put back together. Samia's response was, "when you rent a house, you are going to have these issues come up". How about a maintenance schedule to change out the batteries every 6 months so renters don't have to? The owner's car is parked in the garage and even though I had in writing that it was to be removed during our stay and MNVR said it would be removed, it was not and they told me they would not move it. The station ABC does not come in on the TV in the family room, it only comes in non HD in the bedroom (somebody please explain how this can be), so my In-Laws were in bed with us to watch ABC. How do you not get ABC? Be sure to stop and get paper towels, trash bags, pump soap, toilet paper and salt and pepper. You'd think those things would be there for the cost of the rental, they are not. There will be one part roll of paper towels and one or two rolls of toilet paper that seem to be made out of sand paper. There are numerous lights burnt out. I asked for the 8 or 9 burnt out bulbs to be replaced last year so only 3 or 4 bulbs were out this year. I didn't bother calling. The upstairs doors to the balcony don't latch. They were flying open and shut with the wind. I thought an animal was in the house. After my experiences with MNVR the past 3 years, I did not want to call them so I tied a rope around the door handles and then tied that to a chair to keep the doors closed. 2 years ago, we were without hot water for nearly a week and I finally talked to the owner of the plumbing company and paid his guy $100.00 to come after work to get our hot water fixed. That same year, our hot tub was broken for a week. I called and called and called. They never called me, I always called them. Very poor customer service. The remotes didn't work last year, I had to go to the store and buy batteries for them. There's no back on the family room remote so the batteries fall out every time you pick it up. There are bikes in the garage but the tires are flat and there's no air pump. I could go on and on. If you can live with all that, the house is great.

The house is great, the location on Marco Island is not as advertised!
House, is beautiful and had all the amenities advertise, almost.
In an effort not to be negative: I can't say enough about the house, beautiful inside and out, plenty of kitchen utensil, beds, blankets, sheets, towels, and bathrooms.
Everything was clean on arrival.
However, everyone remembers what is not right with the rental.
We rented Saturday to Saturday. Your office is not open until Monday, and in the welcome package it tells us not to call the emergency number or get a charge.
Well, we paid the extra fee to get heat to the spa. no heat, so called as soon as possible, they did check it at some point the next day and said some breaker was flipped. 3 days with a cool hot tub.
The ad says there are some beach amenities : Umbrellas and chairs. Plenty of chairs No functional umbrellas. When I was allowed to call on this, I was told there were supposed to be 2. I informed them that there were none that worked. Was told they would get in touch with the owners and have one out there the next day, and to leave the broken one on the porch. 2 days later there was a cheap replacement. (Wednesday after returning from the beach it showed up)
So 4 days without. I know sounds trivial, but there is no place to get put of the sun on the beach.
That is probably the biggest disappointment, THE distance to the BEACH. The advertisement says short walk to tiger tail beach. Well, you can see the entrance from the house, it is across the street. Go through entrance and walk 2 hundred yards, and there is a lagoon, smelly lagoon, to actually get tho the gulf and a real beach it is a 1/2 to 3/4 mile walk. that is from the closest parking spot. Yes, we drove across the street and paid the 8 dollars so it would be a little closer to take all the stuff needed to spend a day at the beach.
OK, done beaching'. We had a great time at the house with our combined families 7 adults total. Hope this helps other renters.

Beautiful Home close to Tiger Tail Beach
Beautiful property but the most important for me was the great service we got from Marco/Naples Vacation Rental Office. They were very helpful all the time and was a real pleasure to work with them specially with Giselle.
I will recommend all my family and friends to do business with them.
